57-year-old Jeffery Scott Kessinger was taken into custody for public intoxication at Nashville International Airport on April 30th. Airport police conducted a welfare check after being notified of a male, later identified as Kessinger, stumbling around and was possibly impaired. Officers located him on the floor, bleeding from the nose and right knee. Kessinger told officers he had fallen and had “half a bottle of bourbon” before arriving at the airport. Kessinger was deemed a danger to himself or others and then was detained for the incident.
Jeffery Scott Kessinger was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 30th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
