Sabrina Beckman, 66, jailed for public intoxication during CMA Fest in Nashville

66-year-old Sabrina Beckman was jailed for public intoxication during CMA Fest this weekend when security at The Stage on Broadway observed her extreme level of intoxication at their bar. Officers were called to check on her welfare and escorted her outside. She had trouble standing and walking and was visibly overly intoxicated. She was offered the opportunity to be transported to the hospital for medical assistance, but refused all assistance and refused to call anyone to get her back to her hotel safely.

Michelle Osteen jailed on decade-old warrant for theft from Metro Nashville Schools

50-year-old Michelle Osteen was jailed this week on a decade-old warrant charging her with felony theft. Osteen, who was previously the office manager at Dupont-Hadley middle school in Nashville, resigned in April 2013 and refused to return a Dell laptop and an iPad which was assigned to her for her job. She received certified demand letters and revised to return the equipment, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.

David Alberto charged with BUI on a jet ski on Percy Priest Lake

26-year-old David Alberto was jailed after police caught him operating a jet ski on Percy Priest Lake after dark. When he noticed police were approaching, he quickly opened a storage compartment on the jet ski and threw an item inside. Alberto wasn’t wearing a life jacket and had bloodshot watery eyes. He smelled of alcohol and slurred his words as he spoke with the police. They had him put on a life jacket and asked him to step aboard the patrol boat. He performed poorly on all field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for BUI. The item that was thrown in the storage compartment turned out to be a vape pen that Alberto said did not belong to him. However, after giving blood, he informed police that there would be drugs and alcohol in his blood from the marijuana in the vape pen.

Dynasia Day jailed after road rage incident on interstate

20-year-old Dynasia Day faces multiple felony charges after a road rage incident on I-24 East Friday afternoon. A family in a GMC Acadia was traveling on the roadway when Day attempted to turn into their lane. The father honked his horn to alert Day, and in response, she sped up to get in front of the Acadia, then abruptly got back into her lane and swerved into the left lane with the Acadia three times. The third time, she hit the victim’s vehicle on the passenger side. The family was able to capture the license plate and positively identify Day via a lineup. 

Ethan Coles attacks brother in Nashville; his brother fought back

20-year-old Charles ‘Ethan’ Coles and his brother Daniel Coles were in downtown Nashville Tuesday when Ethan was highly intoxicated and attempted to instigate a fight with his brother. Daniel attempted to walk away to diffuse the situation when Ethan attempted to punch him in the back of the head at first and succeeded on the second attempt. In response to the attack continuing, Daniel picked up his brother and “threw him on the ground.” When he didn’t stop, Daniel then punched him in the face, leaving an injury to Ethan’s mouth. Witnesses corroborated the events, and Ethan was taken into custody.
