Gabrielle Barbosa drunkenly walks into traffic on Broadway

29-year-old Gabrielle Alexis Barbosa was walking in the middle of 4th Avenue South, hindering traffic in the early hours of December 9th. Officers patrolled the Broadway area, observed this, and asked Barbosa to get out of the roadway. She initially complied but then walked back into the road and became vulgar when they asked her to move out of the way again. They attempted to detain Barbosa, but she was actively resisting, pushing away from officers. She was visibly intoxicated as officers placed her in custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.

DUI: Jonathan Murray drives on wrong side of the road

30-year-old Jonathan Murray was driving the wrong way on Robinson Road toward Madison in the early hours of December 10th. A citizen noticed this, stopped Murray, and removed him from the vehicle to sit on the grass as he called the ambulance. Murray’s car had damage to the bumper and a flat tire. Medics arrived and placed him in the back of the ambulance, where officers noticed him to be visibly intoxicated. They questioned him as he admitted to driving from a hotel in the gulch and having two shots of alcohol. Officers located a nearly empty drink can in Murray’s cupholder and a six-pack of Heineken with three beers left in the backseat. Murray was transported to the hospital and medically cleared in less than thirty minutes. He refused to take sobriety tests and was read implied consent. Murray was taken into custody for driving under the influence, open container violation, and implied consent.

Evan Novy punches multiple people at Whiskey Bent Saloon

42-year-old Evan Matthew Novy was involved in a scuffle with Zachary Michael Tomasiak and Jennifer Dawn Eagle at Whiskey Bent Saloon on Broadway in the early morning hours of December 9th. Officers responded to the incident and were provided footage showing Novy punching Tomasiak in the upper back. It also shows Novy punching Eagle two times in the face, causing swelling to her cheek. Tomasiak and Eagle wished to prosecute the attack. Novy was visibly intoxicated as he was detained a block away from the Saloon and taken into custody for two counts of assault and disorderly conduct.

Jaden Johnson spits in girlfriend’s face during dispute over infidelity

18-year-old Jaden Johnson had an altercation with his girlfriend, Trista Eppes, at 16th Avenue North on December 10th. Officers responded to the incident and spoke with Eppes, who advised that she and Johnson were having an argument, accusing each other of infidelity. Then, she stated that Johnson spit in her face, and they continued to argue until he left the scene. Johnson spoke with officers and confirmed that they were having an argument and admitted to spitting in her face. Then, he said he walked outside to sit in her vehicle to separate himself from the incident. Johnson was placed into custody for domestic assault.

Mason Green trips police officer chasing his friend

23-year-old Mason Cole Green was interfering with an investigation on Broadway in the early hours of December 11th. Jared Lamb, Green’s co-defendant, was observed by officers assaulting Leslie Paul Todd, and when they attempted to separate the parties, he fled. Then, Green intentionally tripped Officer Steiner while he was in pursuit of Lamb, causing bodily injury and damage to his pants. When Steiner got back up, Green tried to flee, but he grabbed and pushed him against the wall, attempting to put him in custody, but he actively resisted. Steiner told him numerous times to comply or he would get tased. Green was placed into custody for assaulting an officer, vandalism, two counts of resisting, evading arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Jared Lamb hides from police behind trashcan after punching man in face

25-year-old Jared Lamb was involved in a scuffle on Broadway with Leslie Paul Todd in the early hours of Monday. Officers were at an unrelated traffic stop when they overheard the altercation, began walking towards Lamb, and observed him punch Todd in the face, knocking him out. They tried to separate the parties and advised Lamb to wait while they situated everything, but when they turned around, they saw him running away. The officer began to chase after Lamb when Mason Cole Green, Lamb’s co-defendant, intentionally tripped him, causing bodily injury and damaging his pants. Lamb continued running on 4th Avenue and eventually ran up the stairs to the AT&T building, where a security guard advised officers that Lamb was hiding behind a trashcan. Lamb was taken into custody for assault and two counts of evading.

Young Arkansas comic Kobye Latham wanders Nashville neighborhood in underwear

20-year-old Kobye Latham was walking in the neighborhood near Apple Valley Road just after sunrise on December 9th. Latham was found wearing only his underwear and an orange t-shirt. He told the responding officer he was lost, and Officers noticed he reeked of alcohol. He explained he was from Arkansas and had parked his vehicle within the neighborhood but needed help locating the driveway’s exact location. A few hours earlier, a resident located one block away on Hamblen Drive called the police to report an unknown black Buick Verano with Arkansas tags was parked in their driveway. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Nicholas Behel interferes with arrest on Broadway

25-year-old Nicholas John Behel was interfering with an arrest on Broadway in the early hours of Monday.  Officers were in the vicinity of a fight, intervened, and began to take an individual involved into custody. This was when Behel started to interfere with the arrest. He remained on the scene and continued interjecting into their investigation, ignoring numerous commands to leave the area.  Behel was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Nashville TikToker Quention Pringle jailed after smashing girlfriend’s wall & mirror, fleeing from police

28-year-old TikToker “CueballCapalot0”, AKA Quention Pringle, was jailed early Saturday morning in Nashville after vandalizing his girlfriend’s property and running from police. Taylor Barlow told police she had gotten angry with Pringle while he was on a live broadcast, and they had an argument, which led to him punching her wall and mirror and throwing his computer monitor at the window, breaking it. Once the argument moved outside, Pringle reportedly used his arm to hit the windshield of her vehicle. He initially refused to speak with responding officers and ran from them as they told him to stop at least three times. He denied the vandalism but was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
