Leigh Kilgore strangles daughter with one hand, hits her with other during argument

47-year-old Leigh Kilgore was involved in an altercation with her daughter, Kennady Watwood, at their Woodspring Suites room on March 30th. Officers arrived at their room and made contact with Watwood. Watwood told officers that Kilgore stormed into the room and started insulting her, saying that she needed to leave. Kilgore threw Watwood’s boyfriend’s laptop across the room and started yelling at him. During the argument, Kilgore put her finger in his face, leading to Watwood getting in the middle of them. Once that happened, Kilgore used one hand to strangle Watwood and used the other hand to hit her. Watwood’s boyfriend separated the two before Kilgore could land a punch. He was also able to provide officers with pictures of bruising around Watwood’s neck. Leigh Kilgore was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.

Loren Eicher booked after being unable to speak outside of Barstool Nashville

46-year-old Loren Eicher was seen drunkenly swaying back and forth outside Barstool Nashville on March 31st. When officers made contact with Eicher, he was unable to speak due to his high level of intoxication. Officers then attempted to find Eicher somewhere safe to go. Eicher told officers that he lost his relatives and lost all of his property. Since officers had nowhere to take Loren Eicher, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

DUI: Teren Dabler falls asleep behind the wheel after one shot of tequila

26-year-old Teren Dabler was found sleeping inside a black SUV at Interstate 40 on March 30th. Trooper Hearn, a Tennessee Highway Patrol member, contacted Dabler to ensure he was okay. He found that Dabler was asleep and tried to wake him by knocking on the window. Hearn’s efforts to get Dabler to wake up received no attention, so he yelled into the window until Dabler responded. Hearn instructed Dabler to lower his window, but again, he demonstrated trouble listening to instructions. While talking to Dabler, Hearn observed the smell of an intoxicating beverage from his person. Once Dabler was instructed to get out of the car, he showcased more signs of intoxication. When Hearn asked Dabler where he was coming from, Dabler said a bar in Nashville called Link. When asked if he consumed any alcohol, Dabler admitted that he had one shot of tequila. Dabler consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Dabler was then read implied consent and refused to provide a blood sample. Teren Dabler was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on March 31st.

DUI: Lucas Mann has 3-5 drinks at work before crashing into concrete barrier

42-year-old Lucas Mann was seen crashing into a concrete barrier at the intersection of Demonbreun Street and 9th Avenue North on March 30th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Mann. Officers observed Mann swaying side to side and struggling to stand up. Mann then stated that another driver ran him off the road and caused him to crash. After being Mirandized, Mann revealed that he was coming from his bartending job. Mann also admitted that he had 3-5 drinks. Shortly after this, Mann was asked to perform sobriety tests, which were executed poorly. Mann also consented to a breathalyzer, on which he scored a 0.153% BAC. Lucas Mann was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

DUI: Chad Nicewarner says he’s going to “Lawyer up” after officers couldn’t give him legal advice

45-year-old Chad Stuart Nicewarner was speeding in his white Ford F-250, going 70 mph in a 40-mph-zone on Harding Pike near Jackson Boulevard around 12:15 a.m. on March 30th. Officers observed this, activated their emergency equipment to catch up with him, and conducted a traffic stop. When officers approached the Ford, they noticed Nicewarner reeked of alcohol and appeared confused when questioned about his driver’s credentials. Nicewarner consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then refused implied consent. During which, Nicewarner was advised that officers could not offer him legal advice, so he told them that he was going to “lawyer up.” After this, officers obtained a search warrant for a chemical sample. Stuart was transported to Nashville General Hospital, where two vials of blood were taken, and then he was taken into custody for implied consent and driving under the influence.

Lindsey Morris hits man in face when she can’t find his phone

25-year-old Lindsey Morris had a domestic incident with Austyn Johnson at a Wren Road residence around midnight on April 1st. Johnson spoke with officers when they arrived, advising that Morris had been drinking. He explained that Morris was searching his pockets and crotch area for his phone, and when she could not get it, she became aggressive. Johnson stated Morris then began pulling on his shirt and hitting him in the face, knocking off his glasses. 23-year-old Hailey Greenwell had an altercation with her roommate, Cassidy Joyce Marie Shove, at their shared Bonnaridge Drive residence around 9:31 p.m. on March 31st. When officers arrived, Greenwell immediately came from behind the location, admitting that she hit Cassidy, telling officers, “Take me to jail!” Greenwell then explained that she and Cassidy had been arguing about a mess in the kitchen. The argument escalated when Greenwell overheard Cassidy comment that the house would be happier if she did not live there anymore. Greenwell said she “blacked out” and started screaming and punching Cassidy in the chest. After this, Cassidy began to call 911, which was when Greenwell kicked down a door to leave. Greenwell had visible marks on her chest but refused medical services. Then, she was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Corey Schaefer urinates on himself after walking home from Murfreesboro

40-year-old Corey Schaefer was nearly hit by multiple vehicles as he stumbled across the road near James Robertson Parkway and 3rd Avenue North late March 31st. Officers patrolled the area when they observed him cross the road, disregarding traffic, causing drivers to brake suddenly. They conducted a stop and started questioning Schaefer. During this, they noticed he urinated on himself, which he said he was unaware of. He then told the officers that he was walking from Murfreesboro but could not tell them where he drank earlier or provide an accurate address to get him home safely, giving them the numbers to an address but not a street name. Due to being a danger to himself, Schaefer was taken into custody for public intoxication.

When officers approached to speak with her, they saw she had constricted pupils, muscle tremors, and could not converse regularly. Officers remembered her from an encounter earlier that morning. During which, she was warned for obstructing a passageway and public intoxication in front of the Hampton Social. When this occurred, officers advised Reynolds to go to the park, sober up, and avoid Broadway. Reynolds was detained for the safety and well-being of her and the patrons. Reynolds was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Amanda Sparrow too intoxicated to get in taxi cab

25-year-old Amanda Michelle Sparrow was lying on the ground, trying to fix her broken boot with her other boot, in front of Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar around midnight on March 30th. Officers observed this while her friends attempted to get her a taxi, but she kept refusing and pulling away. Officers then intervened and tried to get her into the cab, during which they noticed she was unsteady on her feet and her speech was slurred. Sparrow was deemed unable to care for herself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
