Florida man Riley Patterson too drunk for downtown Nashville

24-year-old Riley Patterson was attempting to enter Hard Rock Cafe while it was closed at 1:30 a.m. Saturday and caught the attention of nearby officers. He was reportedly extremely intoxicated and attempted to walk away from approaching officers but fell to the ground, unable to maintain his balance. Due to his inability to care for himself and no one to care for him, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Ciera Booker jailed after throwing boyfriend’s things in dumpster

One day after her 30th birthday, Ciera Booker was jailed on a vandalism charge in Nashville. Police say she was in an argument with her boyfriend, Triston Allen, on her birthday, and he left his belongings at her apartment. On January 12, Triston called the police to assist in retrieving his belongings from her apartment, including his iPhone, wallet, medication, and work clothes. She allowed him and police inside, and informed the officer she had thrown all of his items in a dumpster down the road, which could no longer be recovered. Due to her admission, she was charged with vandalism and taken into custody.

Reed Thomas Jacobs unzips and “makes it rain” from rooftop of Nashville Underground

27-year-old Reed Jacobs was a Nashville Underground on Broadway in downtown Nashville Saturday night when he reportedly unzipped his pants and made it rain from the rooftop balcony in the 34-degree weather. He fled from security and officers as he left the building and hid behind a nearby car. He was eventually located and was extremely intoxicated. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

William Schumacher vandalizes police car during drunken downtown arrest

21-year-old William Schumacher was reportedly trespassing at a downtown business when security flagged down a nearby MNPD Officer, who found Schumacher to be visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol, and unable to care for himself. He attempted to assist Schumacher in finding his hotel of a friend to retrieve him but was unsuccessful. He was eventually taken into custody and placed in the back of a police cruiser. En route to booking, Schumacher attempted to stand up and struck the back break light with his head, dislocating the light from the ceiling of the vehicle.

Dalton VonThaden refuses to leave Nashville hotel while intoxicated, police say

24-year-old Dalton Vonthaden walked into the Thompson Nashville Hotel in downtown Nashville late Sunday night and claimed to be a guest at the location. Staff advised he was not a registered guest, and he then stated he had friends staying in one of the rooms. Staff attempted to contact the room but received no response at the door. When asked multiple times, Vonthaden refused to leave the hotel, and eventually, police were called. Officers noted his dilated pupils and slurred speech and believed him to be intoxicated by a substance. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Sam Hewlett charged in assault of bouncer at Lucky Bastard Saloon in Nashville

26-year-old Samuel Hewlett was told to leave the Lucky Bastard Saloon on Broadway late Saturday night after his disruptive behavior at the Broadway bar. He refused to leave when asked, and bouncers placed their hands on him to escort him outside from the second floor. Hewlett reportedly became aggressive with security and punched one of the bouncers, Carson Quirk, twice in the face. He was then handcuffed and detained for Metro Nashville Police. Officers viewed a recording of the incident and charged Hewlett with assault

Brittany Hart crashes car after 5-7 shots of Hennessy

34-year-old Brittany Hart was booked on January 13th after crashing on I-24 at exit 59. Officers observed Ms. Hart stumble out of her car. They smelled alcohol coming from her breath as she advised that she hit her head on the steering wheel. She threw up in the road several times and admitted that she drank too much at a nightclub. Ms. Hart advised that she had 5-7 shots of Hennessy before driving home. The officers did not perform sobriety tests due to Ms. Hart hitting her head. She was then transported to Century Farms to be cleared prior to booking and for a blood draw
