Jeremy Mallard caught selling alcohol at Helen’s Hot Chicken

52-year-old Jeremy Mallard was issued a citation on October 14th when the TABC received an anonymous complaint that Helen’s Hot Chicken was selling alcoholic beverages. Mallard is the owner of Helen’s Hot Chicken. On November 30th, special agents Lawson and Oden went undercover and purchased drinks containing Hennessy and Vodka. A search warrant was issued, and five Styrofoam cups of assorted alcohol and bags of receipts indicating previous sales of alcohol were found. The TABC does not license this establishment. Jeremy Mallard was booked on the citation on January 9th.

Shrey Patel booked after selling alcohol to minor at Cane Ridge Liquors

23-year-old Shrey Patel was issued a citation on December 14th after TABC agents conducted a minor compliance check at Cane Ridge Liquors on Old Hickory Boulevard. Patel is a clerk at this location and sold a bottle of wine called “Malvasia Dolce” to a 19-year-old informant. Patel did not check the individual’s ID before making the sale. A TABC agent witnessed the sale. Shrey Patel was booked on the citation on January 9th.

Kaden Blanco fights security at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk after allegedly attempting to use fake ID

22-year-old Kaden Blanco was jailed on January 11th after allegedly giving a fake ID at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk. Officers were working at the door when Blanco handed them an Ohio driver’s license they believed to be fake. Blanco did not want to leave and informed officers that his ID was real and valid. The officer then touched Mr. Blanco’s elbow to motion him out of the establishment after he refused to leave, at which point he shoved the officers. The officer then began to fight with Blanco and scraped his knee in the process. With the help of the other security guards, the officer was able to detain Blanco until on-duty officers reported to the scene to begin their investigation. Kaden Blanco was taken into custody for assault and disorderly conduct.

Michael Orchard pulls girlfriend’s hair out during argument

32-year-old Michael Orchard was jailed on January 12th for assaulting his girlfriend after an argument at their home on Elliott Drive. Tessa Stine told police that during the argument, Michael grabbed her by her neck and attempted to choke her. Stine stated that she then tried to hit him to push him away, but he forced her face into the couch. Michael then grabbed her by her hair, pulling some of it out. Tessa then ran outside and contacted the police. Officers observed visible injuries on Tessa’s left hand and red marks on her lip. Officers attempted to gather Michael’s side of the story, but he refused to talk to them, stating there was no altercation. Michael was determined to be the primary aggressor. Michael Orchard was then placed into custody and transported to booking.

Nashville Rapper Ruthlezzlubaree jailed after gold chain heist at Green Hills Mall — Jabaree Jones

18-year-old Nashville Rapper Jabaree Jones was booked on an outstanding warrant from November 11th when two males were observed stealing jewelry from Green Hills Diamond Brokers. The males browsed the jewelry cases and requested assistance from an employee to try on a gold chain. The employee assisted the men and allowed them to hold the chain and try it on. The men sat at the employee’s desk to discuss the price during the interaction. After discussing the price, Jones casually stood up with the gold chain in his hand and walked away. He placed the chain in his pocket and left the store while the other male stayed and tried to negotiate about other jewelry pieces. Eventually, the second suspect got up and left the store as well. The store owner confronted them in the parking lot, and the men ran away. The entire incident was recorded on surveillance cameras. The stolen necklace was valued at $15,000. Jabaree Jones was taken into custody on January 10th.

DUI: Dakota Miles found overdosed in his vehicle, tells police “It was Fentanyl”

28-year-old Dakota Miles was jailed on January 11th after reports of a white Nissan stationary in the middle lane on I-24. When officers arrived on the scene, they observed the driver of the Nissan to be unconscious with a pulse. Metro Fire arrived on the scene and administered four doses of Narcan to bring the driver back to consciousness. Officers located a wallet in the driver’s seat and positively identified Dakota. The officers asked Dakota if he had any needles on his person, to which he replied that he did not. But when officers began searching Dakota, they located a capped syringe and a clear baggie of fentanyl. Dakota was arrested and transported to Centennial Hospital for a blood sample. While in the hospital, Dakota told officers, “It was Fentanyl.”.

DUI: Heather Stevens drinks before crashing car on Lebanon Pike

42-year-old Heather Stevens was jailed on January 11th after crashing her car on Lebanon Pike. When police arrived, Stevens was under the care of the Nashville Fire Department. The officers made contact with two witnesses, Ms. Denise Brown and Mr. James Raley. The couple stated that they observed Ms. Stevens in the driver’s seat of her vehicle, pale-skinned, sweaty, in and out of consciousness, and drooling. After being evaluated in the ambulance, Stevens was asked to perform sobriety tests. She performed poorly, was placed into custody, and transported to booking.

18-year-old Alexander Gordon booked after trespassing in parking garage

18-year-old Alexander Gordon was issued a citation on December 20th after video surveillance showed five males with backpacks entering a parking garage on Church Street. Most of the males were juveniles, and the property was marked “NO TRESPASSING.” When police arrived, they located the group in a vehicle that didn’t belong to them, apparently amid their attempt to steal it. All five males ran away, and their description was put out by radio. Gordon was located across the street at the Double Tree Hotel and arrested. Initially, he said he was never in the parking garage but later admitted he was. Gordon has no prior criminal history. Gordon was booked on the citation on January 5th.

Ryan McNeill jailed after urinating in front of Centennial Hospital

45-year-old Ryan McNeill was jailed on January 9th after police caught him urinating outside of Centennial Hospital on Patterson Street. McNeill then went inside the hospital and began to cause a disturbance. He refused treatment but also refused to leave the hospital. McNeil was yelling and being so disruptive that the hospital staff could not conduct regular business. When the police asked McNeill to identify himself, he refused to give any information. Due to this, Ryan McNeill was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

DUI: Gary Satyshur charged after driving on wrong side of road, brought drugs into jail

66-year-old Gary Satyshur was driving the wrong way on Old Hickory Blvd near Woodbury Falls Drive in the early hours of January 11th. Officers observed the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, noting the car had mud on the right front tire and damage to the bumper. Satyshur was reportedly not able to make sense of his surroundings and had slurred speech, as well as reeking of alcohol. He initially admitted to having one vodka tonic at 6 p.m. He then later said he had two vodka tonics at 7 p.m. Satyshur attempted field sobriety tests but was unable to keep his eyes open or maintain his balance. Medics were called to clear him due to possible low blood sugar. Medics declared Satyshur was medically ok, with regular blood sugar readings. He was transported to booking, where intake officers discovered three Gabapentin pills in his pocket.
