Preston Jimenez assaults security guards at Second Fiddle Nightclub

23-year-old Preston Jimenez was jailed Saturday night after officers were flagged down by security at the Second Fiddle nightclub on Broadway. The security advised officers that Jimenez was refused entrance, assaulted security because of this, and refused to leave the front of the building. As the officers were walking over to the entrance of the nightclub, they observed Jimenez throw a punch and kick at another security guard. The security guards helped restrain Jimenez so the officers could handcuff him. Officers observed the odor of alcohol coming from his breath. He slurred as he exclaimed that he was going to find the officer later and “beat the officer’s ass.”  

Ethan Shaddon tries fighting multiple people on Broadway

22-year-old Ethan Shaddon was jailed Saturday morning after officers were flagged down to the area of 4th Avenue and Broadway due to what sounded like an individual attempting to fight others in the area. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Shaddon had punched Ashley Cottongim on the side of her head. She advised police that there were other victims that Shaddon had assaulted; however, they were not located.

Xavier Daimwood charged with inciting a riot during intersection takeover in Nashville

19-year-old Xavier Daimwood was jailed on November 19th after a group of street racers took over an intersection near Century Boulevard. Hermitage Precinct officers arrested four men from out of county early Sunday morning after they were found taking over the intersection of McGavock Pike at Century Boulevard doing donuts and burnouts in a white Dodge Charger.

Officers arrived at 1 a.m. to find more than 60 vehicles participating in the dangerous driving stunts. As they were approaching the intersection, they witnessed a man fire a gunshot into the air around bystanders and vehicles. A traffic stop was initiated on the Charger, which was blocking the roadway, when it fled from officers going more than 90 miles per hour onto Elm Hill Pike. Additional gunshots were seen coming from the Charger during the brief pursuit. The driver, Xaiver Daimwood, 19, of Shelbyville, was taken into custody after surrendering to officers on Donelson Pike at Lebanon Pike. He was charged with aggravated reckless driving, drag racing, evading arrest, disorderly conduct, inciting a riot, and driving under the influence.

Duaij Alkhalia pushes officers, resists arrest at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar

23-year-old Duaij Kalifa Alkhalifa was involved in an altercation at Jason Aldean’s Bar on November 12. Alkhalifa tried pushing through officers to get to the other individual involved in the incident and refused to back away when they ordered him to. Officers told him multiple times to stay back, but he refused, so they placed him under arrest, to which he began to resist. Alkhalifa was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Craig Miller stands in middle of Broadway, shows everyone his “Male Parts”

25-year-old Craig Miller was disorderly at Shake Shack on the night of November 10. Miller was in a fighting stance when officers arrived, so they put him in handcuffs before talking to the other citizen involved, who wished to remain anonymous, who advised them that Miller approached him and tried to take the Nikes he just purchased. A security guard from Legend’s Corner approached officers when they were talking to Miller and were advised that earlier, he was showing his male parts to everyone in the middle of the road, even with children present. Miller was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

Kevin Alexander kicked out of Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, upset he isn’t allowed back in

22-year-old Kevin Alexander was jailed on November 12th after officers were flagged down by security at Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa on Broadway. When the officers arrived, they observed Kevin kicking the bar sign and being aggressive toward security. He then became aggressive with the officers and was detained. Security advised that Kevin was kicked out of the bar earlier in the day and became aggressive when he couldn’t re-enter.

Christopher Kemp found drunk in parking lot, runs away from police

21-year-old Christopher Kemp was jailed on November 12th after officers observed him lying in the parking lot of the Horton Events Building on Lafayette Street. When officers approached Kemp and asked for his ID, he stood up and started walking away. They stopped him by restraining him, but he pulled away and ran into the middle of the intersection of 7th and Lafayette. When officers displayed their taser, Kemp finally complied. He had bloodshot eyes, dilated pupils, and sluggish speech and movements consistent with the use of narcotics. Officers also observed a bottle of beer beside him. A trespass waiver was already on Kemp’s file for that location, so he was taken into custody.  

Colton Crawford drunkenly yells at officers, argues with family

27-year-old Colton Crawford was yelling at his family members in the late hours of November 11th in the middle of the intersection on Representative John Lewis Way. Crawford complied as officers asked him to exit the intersection, but he continued arguing with his family. Officers attempted to separate Crawford from the rest of the group, but he insisted on yelling at them. Officers chose to take Crawford into custody as he was visibly intoxicated and would potentially escalate the situation if he was allowed to continue arguing. Crawford was then charged with disorderly conduct.
