23-year-old Duaij Alkhalia was involved in an altercation at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar on November 12. Alkhalia tried pushing through officers to get to the other individual involved in the incident and refused to back away when they ordered him to. Officers told him multiple times to stay back, but he refused, so they placed him under arrest, to which he began to resist. Alkhalia was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Duaij Alkhalia of N Lynn St in Arlington Heights, VA, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 12th, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
