Jack Dawson crashes through Broadway window while “play fighting” with friend in downtown Nashville

30-year-old Jack Dawson was “play fighting” with friend Harry Rigby on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning in front of Big Time Boots. The two fell into the front glass of the store, shattering the window. Police arrived to find both individuals reeking of alcohol. Dawson was unable to answer any questions, but did acknowledge he pushed Rigby into the window. Both were taken into custody and transported to booking.

California Tourist Oscar Camacho deemed too drunk for Downtown Nashville

41-year-old California Tourist Oscar Camacho wandered through traffic near Barstool Nashville off of Broadway in the early hours of February 24th. Officers observed him showing multiple signs of intoxication as he annoyed people in the area. Officers repeatedly told him to leave, and each time Camacho refused. Camacho even declined offers for a cab and then was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

California Tourist Roman Garcia banned from multiple establishments in one night

37-year-old California Tourist Roman Garcia was being disorderly at Snitch on Printers Alley in the early hours of February 24th. Security at the establishment spoke with officers when they arrived and advised them that Garcia was kicked out for his behavior and put on a trespass waiver, preventing him from returning. Then, Garcia walked around the corner to Dream Hotel on 4th Avenue North and caused a disturbance there as well, so they also put him on a trespass waiver. Garcia continued this behavior when officers approached him, and he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.

Patton Guest, son of U.S. Congressman Michael Guest, jailed in Nashville after assaulting cop

20-year-old Michael ‘Patton’ Guest, son of U.S. Congressman Michael Guest, was jailed in Nashville Friday night, accused of assaulting a police officer and underage drinking. Metro Nashville Police Officer Cody Bergquist was standing on Broadway in downtown Nashville when a clear plastic cup fell from the rooftop bar above, striking him in his left foot. Officers reviewed security footage which clearly showed Patton Guest intentionally throwing the glass from the rooftop of Jason Aldean’s Bar. When officers located Guest and confronted him, he had an alcoholic drink in each hand, despite only being 20 years old. Guest initially denied throwing any items from the rooftop, but during the interview, he admitted, unprompted, that he threw the drink from the roof and had been drinking alcohol from the bar. Multiple witnesses identified Guest as the person who threw the glass.

Tyler Gunn drunkenly charges at officers arresting his girlfriend

40-year-old Tyler Alexander Gunn was disorderly at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel late February 22nd. Officers were dispatched regarding a domestic disturbance involving Gunn. Officers detained Gunn until they completed their investigation, then advised Gunn that he was free to leave. Gunn left the hotel while officers spoke with his girlfriend about an unrelated matter. When Officers arrested and put Gunn’s girlfriend in the back of their patrol car, Gunn charged at them, yelling aggressively. Officers placed Gunn into handcuffs and noticed he showed multiple signs of intoxication. Gunn was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication on February 23rd.

Zane Oxley booked after drunkenly refusing to leave Martin’s Bar-B-Que

 36-year-old Zane Oxley was booked on February 18th for being disorderly at Martin’s Bar-B-Que on 4th Avenue. When officers arrived, they observed a group of individuals on the ground and separated them. Officers then ordered the group to leave the area. Oxley was ordered to leave several times by police. Oxley’s friend tried to pull him away to leave, but Oxley refused and became hostile toward officers. Officers ordered Oxley to leave once again, but he refused and clenched his fists as he approached the officers. Oxley was unsteady on his feet and smelled of alcohol. Oxley was given multiple opportunities to walk away but continued to ignore police. Zane Oxley was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Illinois tourist Ryan Villanueva assaults police & bouncers at Kid Rock’s bar in Nashville

26-year-old Illinois Tourist Ryan Villanueva began to knock things from the bar and stage at Kid Rock’s bar late Friday evening. Security told him to stop, which only caused Villanueva to get aggressive with them. He grabbed the arm of one of the security staff, William Tomlinson, and ripped open the top of his shirt. Tomlinson then escorted him to the ground, at which time Villanueva kneed him in the side of the head. He was detained for Metro Nashville Police, and when they attempted to take him into their custody were also met with resistance. While being searched, he kicked backward and hit Officer Chetan Babbar’s knee.

Darryl Dinning Jr. fights security at Whiskey Row, tells officer to “Suck His D*ck”

26-year-old Darryl Dinning Jr. had an altercation with security personnel at Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville on February 12th. Whiskey Row security signaled officers for assistance, and when they arrived, Dinning Jr. was walking away from the establishment, yelling at security. Officers approached and detained him due to his level of agitation, and then he became belligerent, yelling racial slurs towards them. Whiskey Row security personnel advised them that Dinning Jr. tried to grab items off the DJ booth inside the establishment and continued after being told to stop repeatedly. Security managed to push him away from the booth and eventually escorted him outside. When they got outside, Dinning Jr. walked around security towards the bar again. Dinning Jr. grabbed the line stanchions and threw them on the ground. Dinning Jr. was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. On the way to booking, Dinning Jr. told one officer to “suck his d*ck” and called her a “slave monger,” and then he called the other officer a “f*cking white boy” while stepping into their faces, trying to provoke a physical altercation, and told them to punch him.

Illinois Tourist Andrew Hellmich booked after refusing to leave Legends Corner Bar

30-year-old Illinois Tourist Andrew Hellmich refused to leave Legends Corner Bar late February 11th. Security for the bar flagged officers down and advised them of the situation. When officers arrived, Hellmich was in a fighting stance towards security officers, yelling at them. Officers approached Hellmich, observed him as highly intoxicated, and determined he was a danger to himself or others. Hellmich was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on February 12th.
