37-year-old California Tourist Roman Garcia was being disorderly at Snitch on Printers Alley in the early hours of February 24th. Security at the establishment spoke with officers when they arrived and advised them that Garcia was kicked out for his behavior and put on a trespass waiver, preventing him from returning. Then, Garcia walked around the corner to Dream Hotel on 4th Avenue North and caused a disturbance there as well, so they also put him on a trespass waiver. Garcia continued this behavior when officers approached him, and he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.
