37-year-old Jonathan Cardona forcefully grabbed an employee at Luke’s 32 Bridge late May 12th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, where they followed them across the street and located Cardona, who was detained due to his level of intoxication. While handcuffed, he became belligerent and uncooperative while kicking and banging his head against the vehicle. Then, officers attempted to help him into the back of the patrol car, but Cardona tensed his legs up and started screaming, refusing to put his legs inside. Officers were shown footage of the incident, which showed him shoving the staff member multiple times. Cardona was taken into custody for assault and resisting arrest on May 13th.

Carter Driscoll kicked out of Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge
26-year-old Carter Robert Driscoll was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 20th. Around 9 p.m., officers were flagged down by Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge security regarding an impaired individual, later identified as Driscoll. When officers arrived, he had already been detained by security. Officers noticed he had enlarged pupils, was very pale, and sweated profusely, consistent with someone who is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Then, officers spoke with security, who stated Driscoll had pushed her and other patrons while in the establishment. She added that he was talking gibberish and declined medical assistance. Driscoll was mumbling nonsensical phrases and refused to answer any officers. He was then deemed a danger to himself and others and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Yurii Kolomiiets charged with grabbing underage girls buttocks at Nashville Walmart
25-year-old Yurii Kolomiiets was detained by Walmart loss prevention after inappropriately touching a juvenile. Police arrived at the Nashville Walmart around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday to review video footage of the incident. The footage showed Yurii walking up behind a juvenile female, grabbing her buttocks, then walking away while staring at her. The juvenile said she did not consent to this. Her mother, who was present, stated that she and her daughter wished to prosecute. Yurri was placed into custody for sexual battery.
