Debora Allen breaks roommate’s glass mugs during argument over living situation

57-year-old Debora Renee Allen had a domestic dispute with her roommate, Scott Dubrey, at Grove Creek Avenue late December 27th. Dubrey spoke with officers, advising them Allen had entered the apartment yelling for no reason and began throwing things to the ground and breaking his glass mugs. Then, he stated that she grabbed him from behind, leaving a scratch on his ear that started bleeding. When they spoke with Allen, she told them she did not know what started the disagreement but believed it was because she wanted him out of the apartment. She admitted to being upset and damaging his items but insisted she never touched him. Allen was deemed the aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism.

Christian Hutcherson cited for driving Nissan Altima with wrong tags in 2021, booked 2 years later

25-year-old Christian Hutcherson drove a 2005 Nissan Altima with tags registered to a 2004 Jeep on Rivergate Parkway late June 30th, 2021. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and cited him for the violation. He was booked on the citation of unlawful removal of a plate decal and driving on a canceled license over two years later, on December 28th, 2023.

Brendon Leggs caught driving stolen vehicle with multiple minors

19-year-old Brendon Leggs drove a stolen vehicle near Factory Street and Creek Street on December 27th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and noticed two additional occupants as they approached the driver’s side. They were both verified to be juveniles and were transported to Juvenile Detention. Leggs was taken into custody for the theft of a vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Tyler Dixon steals two 24-packs of Bud Light on Christmas Eve

39-year-old Tyler Dixon was caught stealing at the Shell Station on Hermitage Avenue late Christmas Eve. Johnisha Denise Hodges, a Shell Station employee, advised officers that a black male dressed as a woman walked into the store, grabbed two 24-packs of Bud Light, and exited without paying for them. She stated the store has an active trespass file regarding Dixon and is seeking prosecution for trespassing and theft. Officers observed him walking down Almond Street carrying the Bud Light, which he later admitted to stealing. They found a glass pipe in his purse during a subsequent search, and he told them it was used to smoke crack cocaine. Additionally, they were notified about an arrest warrant he has out of Bedford County. Dixon was taken into custody for theft of merchandise, criminal trespass, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia on December 25th.

Jaidyn McAdoo shoves girlfriend against “several walls, tables, and doors” during argument on Christmas Day

19-year-old Jaidyn McAdoo was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Emily Rose Duggar, at his residence on Christmas Day. Duggar went to the Madison Precinct on Myatt Drive and advised officers of the incident, stating she was visiting from Ohio to be with McAdoo for the holidays. She explained that an argument began over her locking the bathroom door. The argument then escalated when McAdoo grabbed her and shoved her up against “several walls, tables, and doors,” causing injuries to her back. She began to pack her belongings to leave and called a friend to get her an Uber when McAdoo grabbed her by the throat, hindering her breathing, and told her to hang up the phone; thinking she was calling the police, he took her cell phone and broke it. Then, he grabbed a broom and hit her head with the handle three times, creating a large bump on her forehead. She continued to pack her items until he grabbed her and moved her outside. McAdoo then took her things, put them in his car, and left the area. McAdoo was taken into custody for aggravated assault on December 26th.

DUI: Sonepheth Mahavong drinks 26oz can of Heineken before driving on Christmas Eve

51-year-old Sonepheth Mahavong was swerving on Bell Road with his hazard lights on in the early hours of Christmas Eve. Officers watched him come to a stop, partially blocking the travel lane, and conducted a traffic stop. They approached the driver’s side and noticed he was visibly intoxicated and could not understand English, so they used the translator app on their department-issued phones. Mahavong exited his vehicle and urinated on the side of the parking lot while they waited for backup. They observed urine on his pants as he consented to sobriety tests via the translator app and performed poorly. He was detained, and upon a subsequent search of his vehicle, officers located an open 26 oz. Heineken beer can in the driver’s side door. Mahavong was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an open container violation.

Madelyn Vasquez assaults brother’s girlfriend during argument

20-year-old Madelyn Juliet Vasquez had a scuffle with her roommate, Diana Laura Monge Tapia, at Myatt Drive late at night on December 22nd. Tapia advised officers that she was having a verbal altercation with Anderson Vasquez, her boyfriend, who is Vasquez’s brother, when Vasquez entered the room, stating, “Do not touch or talk to my brother like that again.” Tapia replied, “And if I do, what are you going to do?” Then, Vasquez got off the couch, charged at her, and began pulling her hair, causing a fight. Officers observed visible injuries to Tapia’s ear and around the back of her neck, including bruises and scratches. Vasquez provided them with a similar story, stating she overheard her brother and Tapia arguing, so Madelyn told Tapia never to touch him again. Madelyn stated that Tapia kept following her around the house, so Vasquez started pulling her hair, initiating a fight. Anderson advised officers that things cooled down once he broke up the fight. Vasquez was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault on December 23rd.

Willalbert Prato Perera charged with 2 counts of aggravated rape

32-year-old Willalbert Prato Perera was taken into custody on December 21st regarding an incident that took place with his girlfriend at the time on October 8th. Officers were advised that she and Perera met with friends at their residence in Davidson County before going to Safari Hookah, where an argument ensued. After getting into her vehicle to leave, Perera began to drive and demanded that she unlock her phone. After observing intimate photos of her with a former partner, Perera drove them to a dark location, where he started striking her in the face and stabbing her leg with a knife. Then, Perera forced her to perform oral sex on him before anally raping her. Perera then drove them back to his friend’s house, and she ran inside, locking the door. Detectives were provided with a recorded phone conversation between her and a witness who stated that she remembered returning home and seeing Perera’s girlfriend with her injuries. The witness added that the knife Perera used was hers and had been missing since that night. Also, the witness told officers that she remembered Perera returning after the assaults. Additionally, officers were given a recording between Perera and his brother, where he stated he provided a sample of his DNA to detectives because he believed the evidence from her anus was gone before a MLE was completed. Officers were also shown texts where Perera apologized to her for the assaults. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of aggravated rape on December 21st.
