Heather Delgado caught stealing $50 out of tip jar at the Thompson Hotel

45-year-old Heather Delgado was caught stealing from the Thompson Hotel on 11th Avenue South on April 1st. When officers arrived, they observed video surveillance of Delgado waiting in line to purchase a drink. When Delgado got to the front, she ordered her drink, stole $50 from the tip jar, took her drink, and left without paying. Delgado has been asked numerous times to leave the store in the past. On April 3rd, Delgado was seen trespassing at the same hotel, where staff called the police. Delgado was taken into custody and charged with Theft and Trespassing on April 30th.                       

Jeffery Kessinger drinks “half a bottle of bourbon” before falling at Nashville International Airport

57-year-old Jeffery Scott Kessinger was taken into custody for public intoxication at Nashville International Airport on April 30th. Airport police conducted a welfare check after being notified of a male, later identified as Kessinger, stumbling around and was possibly impaired. Officers located him on the floor, bleeding from the nose and right knee. Kessinger told officers he had fallen and had “half a bottle of bourbon” before arriving at the airport. Kessinger was deemed a danger to himself or others and then was detained for the incident.

Steven Miller deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville

45-year-old Steven Miller was caught intoxicated downtown near a building on John Lewis Way Street. On April 30th, officers were dispatched to the building where they came in contact with Miller. Officers noticed Miller was intoxicated, and when officers questioned him, he stated that he had been drinking alcohol. Officers then noticed Miller had slurred speech, an inability to balance, and an odor of alcohol coming from him. Miller also told officers he had a hotel room, which he did not. Officers deemed Miller to be a danger to himself, and he was taken into custody for public intoxication. 

Ashley Anderson found passed out drunk in bathroom at Nashville International Airport

40-year-old Ashley Michelle Anderson was observed “passed out” on the floor in the bathroom stall near Gate C23 at Nashville International Airport late April 29th. Upon arrival, officers located her in the female restroom, sleeping. When they woke her up, she complained about having a stomach bug but refused to be transported to the hospital. Officers were notified that she had been denied boarding around 2:00 p.m. When they had her exit the bathroom, they noticed she reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment. She refused to provide them with her ID repeatedly and then was deemed unable to care for herself. Anderson was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Timothy Teal punches roommate for drinking his coffee, tells police “nothing physical” occurred

58-year-old Timothy Teal had an altercation with his roommate, Hal Pierce, at their Raywood Lane residence late April 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Pierce, who stated that Teal arrived home from work intoxicated and became upset because one of their roommates drank his coffee. Pierce said he entered the living room, yelling, before walking up to him and punching him in the side of his face, causing minor redness. Pierce added that the punch also broke his new $200 prescription glasses. He then told police that Teal was sleeping in his room. Officers spoke with Teal, who said “nothing physical” occurred and that the other roommates “just want him gone.” He admitted to arguing with Pierce but denied the other allegations. Teal was taken into custody for vandalism and domestic assault.

Clifford Elion punches hole in door at girlfriend’s apartment after she kicked him out

42-year-old Clifford Elion had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Alicia Champion, at her Arbor Lake Boulevard apartment on April 29th. Elion called the police, stating he gave Champion $400 for rent and that she was kicking him out, so he wanted his money back. Elion stated she refused to give him his money back. Champion told officers that he never gave her any money and that he was intoxicated. Then, Champion said Elion became aggressive and swiped his arm across her kitchen table, shattering several crystal glasses on the floor before punching a hole in her door. Champion stated there was about $600 worth of damage. Elion was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for vandalism.

Shamar Mosley blocks woman in parking spot, punches her car windows during altercation

22-year-old Shamar Mosley had a domestic incident with Jayda Griffin at her Crossing Boulevard apartment on April 29th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Griffin, who stated that Mosley had been trying to get his stuff from her apartment. Griffin explained that an argument ensued regarding a TV Mosley attempted to take. Griffin said she drove to the leasing office of her apartment complex while waiting for the police to arrive. Then, Griffin said the office was closed, so she returned to her car. Griffin stated Mosley was waiting in his vehicle, blocking her in her parking spot, which hindered her from leaving. Griffin then provided officers with video footage of the incident, which showed Mosley walking around her car and punching her windows for about 10 minutes. Officers spoke with Mosley, who told them he had blocked her car because he was trying to get his belongings. Mosley was then taken into custody for false imprisonment.

Anthony Wolf spits blood in officers face while being kicked out of Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk

38-year-old Anthony Ryan Wolf was being disorderly at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk late April 28th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down regarding the incident. When they arrived, they located Wolf, who was on the ground being detained by Ian Matthew Ray, an off-duty Police Chief for the Bell Buckle Police Department. Officers tried to identify themselves to Wolf, to which he replied, “I do not give a fuck.” Officers then went to detain him, but he became resistive, pulling his arms away and tensing up. When officers got him on the ground to arrest him, he spat in Officer Danielle Prader’s face. Wolf’s mouth was full of blood due to a cut inside of his lip from an unrelated occurrence. Wolf was then transported to Nashville General Hospital.

Then, officers spoke with Ray, who stated that security from the bar approached him, advising him that there was an issue in the bathroom and that Wolf needed to be removed from the establishment. Ray said he went to the bathroom and told Wolf he needed to leave, which he refused. Ray attempted to guide him to the door, causing Wolf to become agitated and spit in his face. While security escorted Wolf outside, he kicked Ray about five times, causing soreness, and then Ray detained him. Aaron Nolan Staten, a security guard, told officers he witnessed Wolf kicking Ray repeatedly, adding that he was also kicked and did not wish to prosecute. Wolf was taken into custody for resisting arrest, two counts of assault on an officer, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct on April 29th.

Robert Farris III jailed after harassing man & his family via text, tells him “I will see you soon”

27-year-old Robert Farris III was taken into custody for harassment on May 1st. On April 21st, Daniel Meeks alerted the authorities, advising them that Farris III had been harassing him and his family since April 18th via text messages and phone calls. Meeks added that this was after telling Farris III to stop contacting them. Meeks stated he blocked Farris III’s number and had to block several others after Farris III used them to contact him, adding that he works as a software programmer. Meeks showed officers messages where Farris III advised him that he “cannot simply block the phone number of a programmer due to his knowledge of technology” and that he could bypass the block feature on a cell phone. Then, he sent Meeks a screenshot of his address, telling him he would come by his residence. Farris III told Meeks, “Keep the peace. I will see you soon.” Farris III then said he would not come alone, causing Meeks to relocate to a hotel, fearing for his and his family’s safety. Officers later identified Farris III via a Mississippi driver’s license, other police reports, and a Tennessee driver’s license. He was then detained for the occurrence.

Celebrity Barber Royce Robinson throws ex-girlfriend’s cat at wall, says he “wasn’t listening”

23-year-old Celebrity Barber Royce Robinson, owner of Rollz Royce Cutz, was taken into custody for vandalism and animal cruelty on May 1st. On April 27th, Emilee Mai Wagner told officers she returned to her ex-boyfriend Royce Robinson’s residence to gather her belongings after they broke up on April 20th. Robinson told Wagner that he had gotten upset with her cat, Murphy, and threw him against a wall because he “wasn’t listening.” Murphy had multiple blood vessels in his left eye that were popped. Wagner immediately took Murphy to the vet, concerned about brain injury. The vet told Wagner that Murphy had a partial retinal tear but did not believe he had any broken bones. The vet visit and treatment came out to approximately $662. Robinson later sent Wagner $420 for Murphy’s injuries. Wagner also said she has text messages where Robinson stated that he threw Murphy into a wall. Officers then obtained warrants for Robinson’s arrest.
