Willalbert Prato Perera charged with 2 counts of aggravated rape

32-year-old Willalbert Prato Perera was taken into custody on December 21st regarding an incident that took place with his girlfriend at the time on October 8th. Officers were advised that she and Perera met with friends at their residence in Davidson County before going to Safari Hookah, where an argument ensued. After getting into her vehicle to leave, Perera began to drive and demanded that she unlock her phone. After observing intimate photos of her with a former partner, Perera drove them to a dark location, where he started striking her in the face and stabbing her leg with a knife. Then, Perera forced her to perform oral sex on him before anally raping her. Perera then drove them back to his friend’s house, and she ran inside, locking the door. Detectives were provided with a recorded phone conversation between her and a witness who stated that she remembered returning home and seeing Perera’s girlfriend with her injuries. The witness added that the knife Perera used was hers and had been missing since that night. Also, the witness told officers that she remembered Perera returning after the assaults. Additionally, officers were given a recording between Perera and his brother, where he stated he provided a sample of his DNA to detectives because he believed the evidence from her anus was gone before a MLE was completed. Officers were also shown texts where Perera apologized to her for the assaults. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of aggravated rape on December 21st.

Chef Chris Polley breaks into ex-boyfriend’s home, steals cologne & vinyl records

38-year-old Chef Christopher Polley was jailed Thursday on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges in Nashville. Police say he was caught on camera kicking through his ex-boyfriend’s door on N 2nd Street on Christmas Day. He does not live at the location and had no permission to be in the residence of his former lover, Philippe Boehm. Chef Polley, who until recently was the chef at Burger + Grain in the Nations, reportedly stole six bottles of cologne, valued at $500 each, and ten vinyl records, valued at approximately $200 each. Polley was clearly identified from a home security video, which was reviewed by police. In addition to kicking through the victim’s bedroom door, the back door has also been forced open, with a footprint on the door. Warrants were issued for Polley’s arrest, and he was taken into custody in the days following the incident.

Richard Holder accidentally assaults ex-wife with door during argument

40-year-old Richard Holder had an altercation with his ex-wife, Ginger Holder, at their shared residence on December 22nd. Ginger advised officers that after an argument, she went to the restroom for some alone time when Richard tried to follow her inside. This resulted in a struggle over the door, causing it to swing open and hit her hand. She closed the door and tried to call the police while he kept trying to enter the restroom. When officers spoke with Richard, he admitted to trying to enter the bathroom and unintentionally hurting her hand with the door. They observed a small abrasion bleeding on Ginger’s hand and placed him into custody for domestic assault.

Convicted Felon Jacobi Roberts caught with multiple stolen weapons

26-year-old Jacobi Laquon Roberts, a convicted felon out of Michigan, had his apartment on Eagle View Boulevard searched via search warrant by officers of the 18th Judicial District Drug Task Force on November 21st. The task force briefly took Jacobi Roberts into custody as the search warrant was conducted. Officers observed a black Glock 30S .45 caliber handgun, a black Glock43X 9mm handgun, and a black Geissele Automatics .556 AR-style pistol in plain view on the kitchen island. The weapons were reported stolen out of Murfreesboro, TN. Roberts was booked and charged with theft of a firearm and three counts of felony possession on December 20th.

DUI: Jawon Paige has 1 beer at home before getting into car accident

24-year-old Jawon Malik Paige was involved in a car accident on Nolensville Pike on December 20th. Officers responded and observed Paige was visibly intoxicated, and he advised them he had one beer at his house a couple of hours before the crash. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.156% BAC. Officers noticed he had a prior DUI in Mississippi in 2020, and he was placed into custody for his second driving under the influence.

DUI: Cordero Moree smokes marijuana before driving through red light

29-year-old Cordero Moree drove through a red light on December 21st as officers patrolled Representative John Lewis Way South and Lafayette Street. They observed this, initiated a traffic stop, approached the driver’s side door, and noticed Moree fumbling with his belongings. He responded slowly to officers, advising them he had no license, and initially provided an unverifiable name and date of birth. He admitted to smoking marijuana in the morning and told them he was a painter who paints indoors without filtration, explaining why there was paint on him. Moree consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody for driving without a license and driving under the influence.

Cody Hunter drunkenly hits fiancé multiple times in face during argument

29-year-old Cody Hunter had an altercation with his fiancé, Amy Moore, at her apartment at Central Pike on December 16th. She was admitted to the hospital a few hours after the incident when officers arrived to speak with her. She advised them she and Hunter had a few alcoholic beverages, and an argument ensued. She stated Hunter began to push her, so she slapped him in self-defense. Then, Hunter pushed her onto her bed and jumped on top of her. Hunter then struck her in the face repeatedly, got off her, and fled the scene. Officers observed her black eye and a handprint on the right side of her face. Hunter was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault on December 21st.

Alexander Clavey argues with coworker, says he was going to “Whip his a*s”

41-year-old Alexander Joseph Clavet, an employee of Belle Mead Country Club, argued with a co-worker, Anthony Hedgepath, at work on November 28th. Hedgepath advised officers that the altercation was over construction work, and Clavet stated he was going to “Whip his ass” and started to follow him around. Clavet admitted this to officers and was cited for assault. He was booked on the citation on December 19th.
