34-year-old Brendyn Sullivan had fallen asleep behind the wheel at a traffic light near 3rd Avenue and Broadway on May 3rd. When officers arrived, they spoke with Sullivan, who reeked of alcohol and showed multiple signs of intoxication. Sullivan consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and, after being informed of implied consent, agreed to provide a blood sample. Sullivan was transported to Saint Thomas Midtown and then was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Brendyn Sullivan of Haven Crest Drive in Hermitage, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 3rd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
