24-year-old Jawon Malik Paige was involved in a car accident on Nolensville Pike on December 20th. Officers responded and observed Paige was visibly intoxicated, and he advised them he had one beer at his house a couple of hours before the crash. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.156% BAC. Officers noticed he had a prior DUI in Mississippi in 2020, and he was placed into custody for his second driving under the influence.
Jawon Malik Paige of Bayshore Drive in Hendersonville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 20th, charged with DUI second offense. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
