27-year-old Barak Bell Hammond tried to cross the street while traffic was moving in downtown Nashville late March 16th. An APS employee observed this and tried to stop Hammond from crossing the street. Hammond then shoved the APS employee, causing him to fall backward. While the APS employee was on the ground, a vehicle ran over his foot. The APS employee flagged officers down and informed them about the incident, adding that he did not wish to prosecute for the shove. When officers met with Hammond, he showed multiple signs of impairment, so he was deemed a danger to himself and others. Hammond was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Justin Tillotson booked after fighting man who punched his girlfriend on Broadway

30-year-old Justin Gary Tillotson fought with Jason Nikmara Tate near the Hard Rock Café on Broadway late March 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Tillotson, who advised that his girlfriend had argued with Tate. Tillotson advised that during their argument, Tate punched his girlfriend, so he intervened, initiating a physical altercation with Tate. Officers watched a video showing the altercation. Tate fled before officers arrived. Tillotson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

19-Year-Old James Carroll drunkenly argues with pedestrians on Broadway

19-year-old James Patrick Carroll argued with pedestrians as they passed by in front of Whiskey River on Broadway late March 16th. When officers located Carroll, he reeked of alcohol, exhibiting numerous signs of impairment. Carroll stated that he was alone and did not know what hotel he was staying at. Carroll was deemed unable to care for himself and then was taken into custody for public intoxication and underage drinking.

Patrick Kinsley violates order of protection by threatening ex-wife over child custody via text

36-year-old Patrick William Kinsley was taken into custody for violating an order of protection on March 16th. On January 28th, Mr. Kinsley was issued an order of protection, hindering him from any communication with Kelly McDonald Kinsley, his ex-wife, stating, “The parties shall use a third party, either of the Petitioner’s sisters, to communicate with regarding the parties’ children and not for any other purpose.” On March 8th, Mr. Kinsley sent messages to Mrs. Kinsley’s sisters referencing a prior arrest, telling them he would be detained, but they let him go after he told them about her. Since then, Mr. Kinsley sent multiple texts regarding arrests, child custody, and demands he made for Mrs. Kinsley and her fiancé. Kinsley also sent messages about how he would call the sheriff’s office or MNPD to file reports as if he was using it to threaten Mrs. Kinsley for the exchange of the children. There were even multiple messages stating, “Fuck you,” that did not mention anything child related. Mr. Kinsley is fully aware of the order of protection, evidenced by the prior arrest for the last time he violated it. Kinsley was taken into custody for violating an order of protection on March 16th.

21-year-old Alabama tourist Matthew David Minetree was one of multiple males fighting on the corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway in the early hours of March 17th. Officers observed him engaging in a physical altercation as they approached, so they tried to detain him. However, Minetree kept pulling away after being told to stop resisting, prompting officers to take him to the ground. Minetree was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Nathan Adkins drunkenly rolls around floor during fight at Lucky Bastard Saloon

21-year-old Nathan Adkins had a physical altercation at Lucky Bastard Saloon in the early hours of March 17th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down and advised them of the ongoing scuffle. When officers arrived, Adkins and the other individual were on the ground, rolling around and refusing to let each other go. They disregarded the officer’s commands to stop, so officers separated and detained them. Adkins was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Parker Schram jailed after letting it flow in front of Barstool Sports Nashville

Police say 32-year-old Parker Schram was in the process of urinating on the sidewalk in front of Barstool Sports in downtown Nashville late March 15th. A crowd outside the bar could observe the exposed member attempting to perform its duty. Schram disregarded an officer’s commands to stop and continued about his business. Schram was taken into custody for public intoxication, and it was noted he was visibly intoxicated and unable to tell officers where he was or who he was with.

#MomTok influencer Gabbie Egan jailed in Nashville after assaulting police and bar staff on Broadway

24-year-old Gabrielle Egan, who has millions of followers on Tiktok mainly related to ‘#MomTok,’ as a mom influencer, was arrested in Nashville Saturday night. Police say she was at Rippy’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in downtown Nashville when she bumped into a waitress who was bringing food to a table. Egan reportedly told the server, “You need to watch out!” and struck her on the right side of her head using her left hand. Security detained her, and Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived at the venue. During the subsequent investigation, multiple witnesses stated they observed Egan push a second waitress and threaten other customers. As she was being arrested for disorderly conduct, the TikToker lunged forward and headbutted an officer, striking him in the head and causing visible injuries. She then used her right foot to strike the same officer’s thigh. She was eventually restrained and transported to booking to be processed for the additional charge of assault of a police officer.

Adael Hernandez charged with criminal trespass after breaking into building to sleep

23-year-old Adael Santos Hernandez was booked on the citation of criminal trespassing on March 12th. On February 24th, around 5:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to Space Park South Drive regarding a break-in. When they arrived, they located Hernandez inside the building. Hernandez advised officers that he had broken in there to sleep, adding that he stayed in a tent in the woods behind the building. Hernandez further explained that he entered through the back door using a piece of metal. The location’s owners previously told him not to come back repeatedly. Hernandez was cited for the incident and booked on the citation on March 12th.
