30-year-old Justin Gary Tillotson fought with Jason Nikmara Tate near the Hard Rock Café on Broadway late March 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Tillotson, who advised that his girlfriend had argued with Tate. Tillotson advised that during their argument, Tate punched his girlfriend, so he intervened, initiating a physical altercation with Tate. Officers watched a video showing the altercation. Tate fled before officers arrived. Tillotson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
Justin Gary Tillotson of Cherokee Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 17th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
