DUI: Chelsea Marks blows 0.181% BAC after leaving Scoreboard Bar & Grill

32-year-old Chelsea Marks was jailed on April 7th after police found her car driven over a concrete parking barrier in a parking lot on Rudy Circle. Marks was inside her white Volkswagen with the engine running. When officers approached her, she turned her car off and opened the driver’s door. Officers could smell alcohol and perfume and noticed her slurring her words as she answered their questions. She told police she had two Vodka mixed drinks at the nearby Scoreboard Bar & Grill. She was detained for sobriety tests and performed poorly. Marks could not keep her balance, had bloodshot watery eyes, and was speaking loudly. She blew a 0.181% BAC on a breathalyzer, more than twice the legal limit.

Drunk downtown tourist Thomas Noble believes he’s in 2023 Las Vegas

37-year-old Thomas Noble was staying at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Nashville Tuesday night. The hotel he returned to after a night of downtown drinking, however, was the Omni Hotel, just south of Broadway and about a 15-minute walk away. Hotel staff says Noble had been at their hotel lobby for “several hours,” during which they kept attempting to return him to his proper hotel. They eventually arranged for a taxi to take him to the Double Tree, but when it arrived, he refused to get inside. Police eventually had to be called and say Noble was extremely intoxicated and believed it was 2023 and that he was in Nevada. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Ryan Goree charged after ripping off shirt, punching & wrestling another grown man in downtown Nashville

Officers working the downtown Entertainment District Initiative (EDI) found 29-year-old Ryan Robert Goree, from Nevada, in a fight near Broadway & 3rd Ave just before 2 a.m. where he and another individual had ripped off their shirts and began punching each other with closed fists and wrestling in the middle of the street. Goree was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
