32-year-old Chelsea Marks was jailed on April 7th after police found her car driven over a concrete parking barrier in a parking lot on Rudy Circle. Marks was inside her white Volkswagen with the engine running. When officers approached her, she turned her car off and opened the driver’s door. Officers could smell alcohol and perfume and noticed her slurring her words as she answered their questions. She told police she had two Vodka mixed drinks at the nearby Scoreboard Bar & Grill. She was detained for sobriety tests and performed poorly. Marks could not keep her balance, had bloodshot watery eyes, and was speaking loudly. She blew a 0.181% BAC on a breathalyzer, more than twice the legal limit.
