Officers were unsuccessful in waking him, despite using sternum rubs. Medics were dispatched, and by that time, he was partially alert and was medically cleared. He was unable to verbalize where he was at or where he was staying, and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

23-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jedidiah Marlow was jailed early Saturday morning after off-duty Metro Nashville Police Officer Nelson Chandler Hemingway, who working a secondary job as security for a construction site, says he ripped down the yellow caution tape at a job site in downtown Nashville. The officer charged him with “tampering with construction signs and barricades” as he reportedly stumbled through the construction tape, ripping it down. He was additionally charged with public intoxication.
Finian Nolan lost and found in downtown Nashville — public intoxication
22-year-old Finian Carl Nolan was found in the lobby of 515 Church Street in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Friday morning, believing it was his hotel. A citizen called police, noting that he was not a guest of the building. Officers arrived to check on his welfare and found him extremely intoxicated and unable to convey what hotel he was actually staying at. Unable to be left alone, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Wisconsin tourist Austin Szymczak jailed after drunken fight in downtown Nashville
30-year-old Austin Szymczak was jailed in Nashville Friday after police say he was behaving badly on broadway. A group alerted police to report Szymczak was following them around while being aggressive and had gotten into a fight with a male member of their group. Officers broke up the fight, and while neither party wanted to prosecute for assault, Szymczak was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Jeffrey Wright Bawitdaba Bawitdaba Booted from Kid Rock’s Bar in Nashville
49-year-old Jeffrey Wright was kicked out of Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville late Saturday evening due to his unruly behavior toward other patrons. After being escorted outside, Wright continued to attempt to regain entry and became belligerent with security. He began to yell and scream at Metro Nashville Police officers when they arrived, too, and he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Cody Manning charged after drunken argument at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville
27-year-old Cody Manning was having a drunken argument with his wife at Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning when it escalated to a level that was disturbing other citizens. Officers checked on Manning and found him to be slurring his speech and barely able to stand. H# proceeded to also argue with officers who were checking on his welfare. He refused to de-escalate the situation and was taken into custody.
Christopher Sanchez too drunk for Redneck Riviera in downtown Nashville
46-year-old Christopher Sanchez was removed from the Redneck Riviera just before 1 a.m. Saturday due to his disorderly and disruptive behavior. As security was attempting to escort him outside, he began to swing at the bouncers and fought with them. Nearby Metro Nashville Police officers observed the incident and took Sanchez into custody. Security declined to prosecute for the assault, but Sanchez was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

27-year-old Christopher Allen was determined to be the primary instigator of a large brawl at Whiskey Bent Saloon on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday morning, resulting in a half-dozen arrests. Allen told police he was only protecting his significant other, who was punched in the face. Officers found him to be extremely intoxicated, and he was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Due to her extreme level of intoxication, Sage was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

55-year-old Bobby Russell was found at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Nashville late Friday night, where he had fallen and hit his head. Medical personnel arrived on the scene, but he refused any treatment. Due to his level of intoxication and inability to care for himself, Russell was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
