Stine stated that she then tried to hit him to push him away, but he forced her face into the couch. Michael then grabbed her by her hair, pulling some of it out. Tessa then ran outside and contacted the police. Officers observed visible injuries on Tessa’s left hand and red marks on her lip. Officers attempted to gather Michael’s side of the story, but he refused to talk to them, stating there was no altercation. Michael was determined to be the primary aggressor.
