31-year-old Casey Koehler was one of many people involved in a brawl at the Whiskey Bent Saloon early Saturday morning just before last call for alcohol. No one wanted to prosecute him for assault; however, police found him to be extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Tanner Bryant’s party don’t stop — even after he rear-ends a vehicle on 2nd Ave in Nashville

23-year-old Tanner Bryant was driving his 2014 Kia SUV on 2nd Avenue in the early hours of Saturday morning when he rear-ended a vehicle driven by Daniel Vidal, and kept driving until a red light stopped him at the next intersection. Vidal got the attention of downtown police officers who approached Bryant’s vehicle. Bryant denied being involved in any crash and reeked of alcohol. He lost his balance as he exited the vehicle and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.

Trevor Montrey found out ‘That’s What Tequila Does’ in front of Jason Aldean’s bar

22-year-old Trevor Montrey was too drunk to stand when Metro Nashville Police found him sitting on the ground against a pillar in front of Jason Aldean’s bar late Friday night. He was unable to speak or convey his name or any information. Multiple attempts to locate his friends or hotel were unsuccessful. Montrey was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Emily Butler drunkenly stumbles and falls into construction area on Broadway

27-year-old Emily Butler was walking on Broadway near Nudie’s Honky Tonk late Friday night when she was observed to be instead n her feet and tripping and falling into a construction area. While she was still on the ground from a fall, officers made contact to assist her. She was visibly intoxicated and was unable to stand or use her phone. She was offered transportation to the hospital for medical treatment, but she refused. Unable to care for herself, Butler was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Travis Austin Carter ‘designer to the stars’ jailed in Nashville for alleged assault of ex-girlfriend

33-year-old Travis Austin Carter, who recently brought his #TravisAustin designer clothing & hat store to 5th & Broadway in downtown Nashville, was jailed Sunday afternoon on an outstanding warrant charging him with the domestic assault and bodily injury of Skylar Brooke Hollifield. She says the two were sitting in her pickup truck near Slim & Husky’s talking, with him in the driver’s seat and her in the passenger seat. He then reportedly stated he was taking her truck to visit his son, and she had to get out. When she refused, she says he walked around and physically removed her from her own truck. As she was halfway out of the vehicle, he slammed the door on her leg, causing substantial bruising, according to police. He then commandeered the truck and drove away. Hours later, the truck was returned to her residence.

Christian Martin: “I could snap your neck, but you’re not worth going to jail for”

31-year-old Christian Martin was jailed on Friday night after breaking his sobriety and threatening his girlfriend during an alcohol-induced argument. Allison Truman is Martin’s girlfriend, and they live together on Jackson Downs Blvd. Allison told police that Christian had been sober for two months due to issues that occurred when alcohol was involved. Allison and Martin got into an argument about his relapse, and she locked herself in her bedroom to avoid any conflict while he was drunk. Martin started kicking the door, and Allison told him to stop several times, but he kicked the door off the hinges. Allison was scared that Martin would seriously hurt her.

Martin then threatened her by saying, “I could fold you if I wanted to” and “I could snap your neck, but you’re not worth going to jail for” When officers spoke to Martin, he was slurring his speech and unsteady on his feet. He told police he kicked the door down because “he felt like it” and he “just wanted to talk to her” The damage to the home matched the details of the incident. When Martin was taken into custody, police found brass knuckles in his pockets.

Zackary Herder says someone stole his vehicle & wrecked it — that someone was him

27-year-old Zackary Herder called police to report his vehicle as stolen on February 16; however, the responding officer just happened to be the same officer who had worked a hit-and-run accident two days prior, in which Herder had been identified as the fleeing driver. When confronted, Herder admitted he was the driver and no one stole his vehicle. He was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1,500. He was booked on that citation this week.

Kerry Poe jailed after road rage incident with handgun

57-year-old Kerry Poe was jailed Thursday morning for intentionally crashing his car into another vehicle and pointing a loaded gun at the driver. Amy Duggin and Poe were involved in a car accident, but instead of sticking around, Duggin fled the scene. Poe followed Duggin all the way to the parking lot of Truist Bank on Charlotte Pike. While in the parking lot, Poe intentionally crashed his van into her vehicle. He then got out of his van, walked up to Duggin’s driver’s side, beat on the window with one hand, and pointed a gun at her with the other. A Truist Bank employee was a witness, as she was parking her car at the time of the incident and immediately called 911. When arresting officers arrived on the scene, they found Poe with a loaded 9mm in his waistband.

Malachi Laws & Tereesa Robinson charged with trafficking teenager for sex in Nashville

23-year-old Malachi Laws & 24-year-old Tereesa Robinson were charged with promoting prostitution on Monday afternoon after an 18-year-old victim’s mother called the police about her daughter, who has been missing for the last few months. She told police that she was worried about possible trafficking. Officers found the victim in a room at Red Roof Inn. She stated that she was living there with Laws and Robinson. She stated she was in a relationship with both individuals and that they were all from Ohio. The victim told police before coming to Tennessee, she was in Baltimore, and they used Robinson’s car to travel. Detectives asked who was paying for the room, and the victim answered that both Laws and Robinson took turns renting the room. Detectives verified the information with the front desk.

The victim told detectives that she had an ad on an erotic website called “megapersonals” which Ms. Robinson helped her create. The victim told detectives she was sleeping with men for money, and at first, she was able to keep some of the money from the deals but now she wasn’t allowed to keep any of the money and had to give it to Mr. Laws. The customers paid in CashApp, ApplePay, and cash. She stated that although Mr. Laws had never been abusive towards her, she was still afraid of what he would do if she stopped.
