DUI: Wilson Limbaugh charged after drinking “3 beers” at Tin Roof Demonbreun

25-year-old James Wilson Limbaugh IV says he had “3 beers” at Tin Roof on Demonbreun before crashing his vehicle in the early hours of Sunday morning in downtown Nashville. He refused all field sobriety tests and blood draws by stating, “lawyer.” A night court magistrate granted a search warrant for his blood, which was drawn at Metro General Hospital prior to booking.

Paul Wanner charged after sucking punching man at Tin Roof Broadway

22-year-old Paul Timothy Wanner was taken into custody at Tin Roof Broadway after multiple witnesses reported he had just walked up to another citizen and sucker punched him in the face. Just before this altercation, he was walking around and screaming on Broadway antagonizing others to fight him. Wanner says he was angry at the guy but provided no other explanation. He was obviously intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking.

Musician Ryan Storrs attempts to bring handgun inside Tin Roof bar while intoxicated

36-year-old Nashville singer-songwriter Ryan Storrs was in line to enter Tin Roof on Demonbreun at 2:16 am. Saturday morning when security staff noticed he was carrying a firearm and also already appeared intoxicated. Metro Nashville Police arrived and conducted a weapons search of Storrs, who was carrying a 9mm handgun while intoxicated. He was transported to booking and charged with possessing a handgun while under the influence. 

Andrew Porter jailed after fighting with security at Tin Roof Bar in downtown Nashville

In the early hours of Sunday morning, 21-year-old Andrew Porter was fighting security staff at the Tin Roof on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Metro Nashville Police arrived to assist and observed the first-year drinker to reek of alcohol and be unsteady on his feet. Security declined to prosecute for the assault, so he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Hunter Eavenson charged after slapping girlfriend at Tin Roof; chokehold at home

Jessica Baker says her boyfriend, 28-year-old Hunter L Eavenson, slapped her while they were at the Tin Roof in midtown Saturday. After they returned home for the night, the argument continued and she told Eavenson he needed to leave. Another physical altercation broke out, during which he reportedly tackled her to the ground and punched and kicked her in the ribs while she was on the ground. Eavenson’s brother-in-law pulled him off the victim, and she was transported to the hospital with injuries to her right arm, right shoulder, and rib pain. She says she got in one punch in self-defense. Eavenson told police he put her in a choke hold, but nothing else happened. The brother-in-law advised he witnessed the assault but wouldn’t speak about it.

Dakota Lowhorn punches woman in face in downtown Nashville; witnessed by MNPD

Metro Nashville Police Officer Connor Hosey says he witnessed 27-year-old Dakota Lowhorn punch a woman in the face while standing in the street just outside of Tin Roof Broadway in downtown Nashville. Officer had just been dispatched to the location for a report of two people attempting to fight and arrived as it began. Lowhorn attempted to chase after the female victim but was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Man with missing wallet too drunk for Tin Roof Bar — Charles Rhodes

44-year-old Charles Rhodes was kicked out of the Tin Roof bar on Demonbreun for being disorderly. Once outside, he realized he was without his wallet and was told he would have to come back the following day when he was sober to see if it was located. He flagged down Nashville Police Officer Joshua Spurlock, who along with Lt. Brittany McElwee, went inside to attempt to locate his missing wallet without success. Rhodes was once again told he’d have to return the following day, and at first, he seems to be content and walk away, but moments later he returned yelling and shouting, and after this continued he was eventually taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Woman deemed too drunk for Tin Roof Demonbreun — Katelyn Bowles arrested #VisitMusicCity

26-year-old Katelyn Abigail Bowles was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after security at Tin Roof Demonbreun alerted officers she had become too intoxicated and was refusing to leave. Officers attempted to assist her with finding who she was with, or to call a ride, however she stated she didn’t want any assistance while unable to stand on her own without leaning on people and fixtures.

She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Musician charged with groping woman’s breasts at Tin Roof Nashville — Jonathan Sepulveda

“Yes, of course I grabbed her breasts!”… those are the words 33-year-old Jonathan Sepulveda reportedly said to the victim’s husband when he was confronted about his actions at the Tin Roof Bar on Demonbreun Sunday night. Court records indicate he was a stranger to the victim. Multiple witnesses corroborated the assault and the admission. Sepulveda is free on a $10,000 bond, charged with felony sexual battery.
