Police say 27-year-old Brandy Putman was at Tin Roof on Demonbreun early Saturday morning when her friend became so ill that medics were called for assistance. Brandy was disruptive and would not allow them to care for her friend, and was so belligerent that she was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

| The defendant was at 1516 Demonbreun Street (Tin Roof) and her friend became ill and an ambulance (NFD) was called to the scene. The defendant was would not allowing (EMT) to perform their job. Officers on the scene asked the defendant to stop interfering with medics. The defendant refused to comply with orders from officers.
The defendant has a strong odor of alcohol coming from her persons with slurred speech and unsteady on her feet with bloodshot watery eyes. The defendant is very belligerent. The defendant is a danger to herself and te public |
