Frances Tindall breaks PVC pipe off building to wash her hands and groin in front of cops

27-year-old Frances Tindall was jailed on July 7th when PPG Paints employees reported a woman banging on the front door and taking her clothes off. When officers arrived, they observed Tindall on the property acting erratically and not making any sense. Officers advised Tindall that she was trespassing and that she needed to leave the property. Tindall then stood up and threw trash onto the ground toward the officers. They told her again that she needed to leave, so she began walking away but stopped and pulled a PVC pipe off of the wall of the building. She then used the water from the broken pipe to wash her hands and groin and was taken into custody.

Steffie Misner Wampler charged in road rage incident after attacking a car with her fists

Police say 38-year-old Steffie Misner Wampler was in a road rage incident with another motorist on June 14th on Centennial Blvd. She pulled alongside another vehicle that was now parked in the parking lot of a Dollar General. She began screaming and yelling at the other driver, claiming the victim cut her off in traffic. She then exited her 2013 Toyota Prius and began to bang on his vehicle with her fists, causing significant damage to his rear quarter panel. The victim recorded the incident, which was viewed by police. She was issued a citation for vandalism, which she was booked on this week.

Cathryn Thomas recorded herself smashing her ex-husband’s video gaming monitors

41-year-old Cathryn Thomas was jailed Thursday after reportedly smashing her ex-husband’s gaming monitors with a hammer. She has possession of the monitors in her vehicle as she was assisting in his move out of the home. Police responded to the scene, where Collin Thomas showed officers video footage of the vandalism, which his ex-wife had recorded her actions and messaged them to him. She obliterated two Predator gaming monitors and a 17” InZone gaming monitor.

Dynasia Day jailed after road rage incident on interstate

20-year-old Dynasia Day faces multiple felony charges after a road rage incident on I-24 East Friday afternoon. A family in a GMC Acadia was traveling on the roadway when Day attempted to turn into their lane. The father honked his horn to alert Day, and in response, she sped up to get in front of the Acadia, then abruptly got back into her lane and swerved into the left lane with the Acadia three times. The third time, she hit the victim’s vehicle on the passenger side. The family was able to capture the license plate and positively identify Day via a lineup. 

Justin Lillard smashes $4K table and bouncer’s face at Twelve Thirty Club during CMA Fest

Police say 37-year-old Justiun Lillard assaulted an employee on the second floor of the Twelve Thirty Club on Broadway during CMA Fest Sunday night. Security initially responded as Lillard and another individual were fighting, and bouncers separated the individuals and held them apart. Danial Holm took control of Lillard and began to escort him out of the venue, and once outside, Lillard punched him square in the face, leaving him with bruising to his left cheek and eye. During the original altercation, Lillard knocked over and damaged a $4,000 table.

Demarcion Lyles charged after pistol-whipping the mother of his children unconscious

21-year-old Demarcion Lyles was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with pistol-whipping the mother of his children until she was unconscious. Police responded to Vanderbilt Hospital to speak with Alisha Thompon, who said on March 6th, while at her sister’s house, Lyles hit her head in the head with a black pistol so hard she lost consciousness and fell to the floor. She said there was no provocation for the attack. During the fall, she injured her left wrist and hand.

During the investigation, Thompson was initially short with police and wasn’t willing to divulge information, but on March 22nd, she reached out to officers wanting to press charges on Lyles. Thompson told police the exact location of the incident and that she remembered seeing a camera in the parking lot where they will see her being dragged out of an apartment after the incident and placed into a vehicle. Police watched the surveillance footage and observed Lyles pull up in a black sedan and the victim being drug from the apartment.

Nyla Rose throws crock pot after roommate breaks her stripper pole

21-year-old Nyla Rose is charged with domestic assault and vandalism after an argument with her roommate over a stripper pole got out of control. Nyla is a roommate of Sidney Hall, and several months ago, Sidney moved his girlfriend, Shemyi Love, into the apartment without asking her, but the trio eventually agreed to split everything three ways, but there have since been ongoing issues over living situations in the apartment. Rose says she first became upset when she heard Sidney taking down her stripper pole in the living room, and he bent a portion of the stand. Later Nyla was boiling water and began throwing things at Sidney, including a deep fryer and a mason jar, covering the kitchen floor in grease. She then hit him in the head with a napkin holder, leaving him with visible swelling according to police.

Justin Shull assaults his mother’s boyfriend with a stick

24-year-old Justin Shull was jailed on May 26 after assaulting his mother’s boyfriend with a stick. Officers responded to the Murfreesboro Pike residence, where Shull had already fled the scene. Roy Duke told police Shull assaulted him with a stick and then smashed out both headlights and one taillight of his yellow Ford Ranger. Officers observed broken lights and plastic on the ground and located Shull and took him into custody.
