Michael Kelley charged with vandalizing sign at Mellow Mushroom on Broadway downtown

42-year-old Michael Kelley was walking on the sidewalk on Broadway in front of the Mellow Mushroom late Thursday night when he intentionally kicked the foldable sign causing substantial damage. Nearby officers placed him into custody and charged him with vandalism. Store staff estimated the damage to the sign at $50.

Michael Kelley was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 8th, charged with vandalism, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
