John Matt Blair smashes girlfriend’s iPhone on nightstand

35-year-old John Matt Blair was involved in a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend, Courvoisier Edwards, on Denson Avenue in the early hours of November 8th. Edwards spoke with officers as they arrived and advised them that she and Blair were in a scuffle when he grabbed her iPhone 13 and smashed it against their nightstand. Blair admitted to officers that he broke her phone and was taken into custody for vandalism.

A’Dara Pittman destroys neighbor’s security camera, ex-boyfriend’s car with hammer

32-year-old A’Dara Pittman called officers to her residence on Bell Road on November 4th. Pittman spoke with them as they arrived and advised them that she smashed the windows of the SUV that belonged to her ex-boyfriend, Carlos Atkins, with a hammer. Officers observed the smashed windows and the hammer, correlating to her statements, and were unable to contact Atkins. While outside the residence Pittman became irate when officers tried to clarify some statements made by her. Pittman then ran over to the vehicle and stated, “I smashed this window out, this window out, and smashed these mirrors”. Pittman later began arguing with her neighbor, officers were able to separate her and her neighbor. Officers had to calm Pittman down before she returned to her apartment for the night. Officers were then summoned back for a separate incident regarding Pittman knocking her neighbor’s surveillance camera off the apartment building. Pittman admitted to destroying the camera and throwing it toward the wood line behind the apartment complex. She was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and vandalism.

Ashley Willford rams ex-boyfriend’s car multiple times

38-year-old Ashley Willford was booked on an outstanding warrant from September 5th after driving her silver Honda Pilot into the back of his gray Nissan Altima on Meadow Court. Keenan Jeffers told police that he was in his friend’s driveway helping them move when Ms. Williford, who was parked down the street, saw him and rammed her car into the back of his car three times before fleeing the scene. He explained that he and Ms. Willford were dating for a “while” but had broken up a month ago. He also stated she had spoken to his mother, found out he was moving, and got upset. Mr. Jeffers showed the police a video of Ms. Willford ramming her car into the back of his. Police observed broken glass, a broken rear window, damage to the trunk and bumper, and tire marks in the driveway’s gravel.

Kylan Austin empties house from third-story balcony in fit of rage

27-year-old Kylan Austin was booked on an outstanding warrant from September 13th, when he reportedly assaulted his girlfriend on Heritage Drive. Ashley Moore stated that her boyfriend came home late that night smelling like alcohol. They got into an argument, and Ashley tried to leave the apartment to de-escalate the situation, but Austin locked the front door and stood in front of it so she couldn’t leave. She tried to run to the front coat closet when Austin grabbed her in a chokehold style, causing her to lose her breath. When he released her, they started to talk things out, but he became aggravated again and threw her Bluetooth speaker out of a third-story front door into a parking lot. She responded by throwing his shoes out the same door, causing him to become erratic and snatch the TV off the wall of her bedroom. When Ashley left the apartment, she saw him throw the TV from the third story, breaking it. She then got in her car and left. When she returned home, she saw that Austin had thrown the living room TV, a TV from the room her mother stays in, a laptop, and two glass tables from the third story. Austin also threw a brick through Ashley’s sliding glass door, shattering it.

Kevin Moon burns wife’s dress to ashes; jailed for vandalism

63-year-old Kevin Moon reportedly burned a dress he purchased for his wife, Audrey Smiley. Officers were dispatched to Tusculum Rd. on October 24th regarding a video that Smiley received. As officers arrived, Smiley told them Moon sent her a video of him burning her dress. Moon told officers he burned the dress because he had bought it for her. Officers observed the remaining ashes, and Moon was taken into custody for vandalism.

Kevon Dias slashes roommate’s tires during unapproved DoorDasher dispute

30-year-old Kevon Dias was jailed Tuesday for assaulting his roommate on Hickory Highlands Drive after an argument regarding compensation for his roommate using his DoorDash account to complete deliveries. Lynton Dyce told police that he and Dias had an agreement that he would use Dias’ Dasher account to earn money by making deliveries and expected to be compensated directly for his services. Dyce said that he had completed several deliveries and had approached Dias requesting compensation for the work he had done, but Dias refused to pay him, and an argument ensued. Frustrated by not being paid, Dyce told Dias that he wasn’t welcome around the apartment and could no longer use his vehicle. Later that day, Dyce was sitting in his car with Dias parked outside the apartment. When Dyce left the parking lot to go back inside, Dias slashed his tires.

Joshua Jackson assaults employer, steals equipment from front porch in pay dispute

19-year-old Joshua Jackson disagreed with his former employer regarding money after termination. His former employer, Jonathan McKinney, met Joshua at Bank of America and paid him and others in cash, but Josh thought it was not the full amount owed. He and another defendant, Jordon Holts, got into Jonathan’s face, threatening to take his wallet and phone in the bank’s parking lot. Jordon reportedly punched him, and Joshua slapped his sunglasses off of his head.

The bank manager came outside to tell them they were on camera and needed to leave. After leaving the bank, they went to Jonathan’s house and grabbed gas hedge trimmers as well as multiple Dewalt rechargeable batteries and chargers off his porch. His mother confronted Jordon for stealing the items from her porch, and another defendant, Derick Jones, pulled out a handgun and then pointed it at her. Jonathan’s mother told police that she thought Dedrick would shoot her, so she dove back into the residence. He returned to his residence to see the defendants trying to leave, so he kept them from leaving by blocking their vehicle with his.

At this time, Jordon and Joshua started kicking Jonathan’s vehicle and throwing rocks at it, so Jonathan moved his vehicle to let them out. After they left his residence, they took the stolen property to Cash America Pawn on Gallatin Pike, and Jordon sold the times. There is camera footage showing the incident at Bank of America as well as Jordon at Cash America Pawn. Warrants have been issued for the other involved parties.

Luis Miranda fires gun, smashes iPhone, after mother of his children leaves without permission

On September 25th, Officers responded to a call regarding shots fired on Primm Road. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to Mayday Oliva, and she told them that she and 21-year-old Luis Ayende Miranda got into an argument because she left his house without him knowing. She said that she and Miranda used to date and have two children together. Oliva then fled to her parents’ house, and Miranda followed her. A verbal argument between them started in the backyard, where Miranda began to shoot the electrical outlet five to six times by the side of the shed. Oliva told Officers that Miranda then grabbed her cell phone off the table before throwing it on the ground and stomping it. She said that Miranda then grabbed a stick and busted out the window on the front of the shed before shooting the shed two to three times with what she described to be a black .40 caliber handgun. Officers observed numerous bullet holes inside the shed and a shattered iPhone, consistent with Oliva’s statement. Oliva’s Father, Fernando Oliva, was present during the incident and observed Miranda yelling at Mayday. Miranda was charged with Vandalism for the $700 iPhone and felony vandalism for the $ 1,500 worth of property damage.

Melony Motley punches boyfriend in face eight times during drunken domestic assault

31-year-old Melony Motley argued with her boyfriend after drinking at a residence on Zermatt Ave on September 26th. Her boyfriend, Jonathan Harper, told police that Melony broke his mirror and television. He said that she punched him in the head at approximately eight times. Police noted the broken mirror, broken television, a large bump on Johnathan’s forehead, and his ear bleeding. She was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody.

Ashly Cruz, 18, jailed after her mother finds her marijuana stash in her room

On the morning of September 25th, Leticia Cruz found a stash of marijuana in her household belonging to her daughter, 18-year-old Ashly Cruz. Leticia then threw the marijuana away. Later that night, it was reported that Ashly began to vandalize the property in retaliation. Ashly shattered her mom’s bedroom window, destroyed her makeup, destroyed two pairs of her pajamas, and dumped all her shampoo in her shower, causing $380 in damages.
