Brawling Bros arrested after Broadway tussle — Travis Santos & Di’on King

20-year-old Di’on Lovell King of Nashville, and 32-year-old Travis Chas Santos, of Oakley, California, brawled on Broadway in September. Both parties were arrested by Metro Nashville Police. While it was unsure who started the initial argument, King claims Santos “walked up on him”. Officers had to pull Santos off of King. Both were charged with disorderly conduct. Neither party sought assault charges on the other.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:

Santos:
On 09/10/2021 around 2120 hrs, the above-listed defendant (Travis Santos) was taken into custody by metro police after being observed in a physical altercation with another party in front of 317 Broadway (Broadway Brewhouse). The defendant had to be pulled apart from the other individual to be detained. Mr. Santos created a hazardous condition for the rest of the individuals on Broadway whom were engaging in lawful activities and engaged in fighting and therefore had to be taken into custody and transported to booking by police.

King:
The defendant was observed in front of 317 Broadway physically fighting with another individual. Mr. King stated the other individual “walked up on him” and the defendant pushed him away. Officers observed Mr. King push the other individual and then both parties engaged in a physical altercation. Officers told both individuals to disengage, but both individuals refused to obey commands and officers had to intervene. Both individuals were taken into custody without incident for engaging in violent behavior.
