William Harmon charged in 4th DUI; found asleep behind the wheel on interstate

32-year-old William Harmon was the driver of a white Nissan Altima with front end damage being driven without any lights at 30 mph on I-65 South on March 2. When officers arrived in the area, they located the vehicle on the shoulder of the road and in drive. Harmon was asleep with one foot on the brake. Additional officers arrived to secure the vehicle, and Harmon was helped out of the car. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and police believe he was under the influence of an opiate. He has prior DUI convictions in 2014, 2013, and 2010.

Jenna Russo kicks at cops after causing scene at Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville

27-year-old Jenna Russo tried to kick an officer in the backseat of the patrol vehicle, according to an arrest report. On Mar 3rd, officers were contacted by the Whiskey Row Bar. On arrival, officers observed Russo detained by security, who stated that Russo was hostile toward them, yelling, pushing, and shoving. Security asked her to leave the bar multiple times, and she refused. At one point, Russo attempted to punch one of the security guards, which is when she was detained. Russo was belligerent and smelled of alcohol, and was arrested for public intoxication. While sitting in the back of the patrol vehicle, Russo undid her seatbelt. When the officer went back to secure the seatbelt, Russo slid back and kicked at him, but didn’t make impact. After that incident, Russo continued to be belligerent and vulgar throughout booking.

Darius Coleman destroyed over a quarter-million dollars of frozen food at Kroger

Police say 21-year-old Darius Coleman destroyed over $250,000 worth of food at a Nashville Kroger store over the past year. Coleman, who was in charge of the store’s frozen food department, says he would often throw away excess items in the freezers to “make it look neat” and that he didn’t want his freezers full of extra product. When the backstock would not fit neatly into the frozen section, he would throw it away to “reduce clutter.” Coleman admitted to his actions and stands by them. Kroger corporate asked he be prosecuted for vandalism.

Scott Mentzer Actin’ Up at Miranda Lambert’s bar in downtown Nashville

45-year-old Scott Mentzer chose jail over an uber. On Mar 2nd, officers were flagged down by security at Miranda Lambert’s on Broadway. As officers walked inside, they saw Mentzer lying flat on his back, asleep on the floor. People were around, trying to wake him up and pick him up off the floor. When officers approached him, he finally sprang up but started yelling at everyone else around him. Officers escorted Mentzer outside as he needed assistance to walk. Officers and his family tried to get a safe ride home for Mentzer via taxi or ride share, but he refused. As he spoke with officers, he mumbled and swayed side to side. Officers advised Mentzer that he was in no condition to walk and had two options; either a ride share or jail, and he chose jail. He was arrested for public intoxication for his own safety. As they drove to booking, he challenged citizens to fight from the backseat of the cruiser.

Patrick Fernandez charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Patrick Fernandez was arrested for public intoxication outside of Margaritaville – Nashville, on February 26, just three days before his birthday. Officers observed Fernandez arguing with a female on Broadway. Fernandez was grabbing her arm, preventing her from leaving. Officers approached Patrick and noticed bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from him. Officers determined there was no assault and let him walk free. A few minutes later, officers were informed Patrick and the female were arguing again, and this time, he was shaking his fist at her and acting aggressively. Officers placed Fernandez into custody.

DUI: Collis Arbuckle runs into stop sign & flees the scene on four flat tires

21-year-old Collis Arbuckle was arrested after crashing into a stop sign. On the 25th, Officers were dispatched to Hamilton Rd for an accident. Upon arrival, the vehicle left the scene after hitting a stop sign. A witness told officers it was a gray sedan with four flat tires, and that the car turned right onto Clarksville Pike. Officers located the vehicle on 28th Ave, and it matched the description, including front-end damage, and a shattered rear window. When police asked Arbuckle what happened, he was unable to tell them. Arbuckle displayed red eyes and had trouble keeping them open. Arbuckle agreed to do the breathalyzer test but could not sign his name in agreeance; he then fell asleep during the waiting period for the breathalyzer.

DUI: Gregory Farrow flips Lexus just feet from his home

38-year-old Gregory Farrow overturned his black Lexus on Erin Lane on Feb 25, according to police. He was found standing outside the vehicle and was uninjured — the accident occurred just a few feet from his home. Officers report a strong odor of alcohol coming from Farrow, and he admitted to consuming three beers. He refused field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI. En route to booking, he continuously repeated the same slurred sentences.

Tyler Mulldane: I’m a CIA operative that owns the Opry Mills Mall & Hotel

33-year-old Tyler Mulldane told police he was a working CIA operative, and that he was the owner of the Opry Mills Mall & Gaylord Opryland Hotel when he was found trespassing on their property on February 26. Security had asked Mulldane to leave the property, but he refused, demanding he owned the property. Officers took him into custody and jailed him on a criminal trespassing charge.
