27-year-old Franklin Williams told police he consumed “one beer” at a brewery before crashing his car on February 28. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and stumbled over his words during the interaction with officers. He refused all testing and was transported to booking, where he was charged with DUI.
Franklin Williams of Monetta Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 28th, charged with driving under the influence and an implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
