Agents with the TABC say 29-year-old Kaycee Coonen allowed a 19-year-old informant to enter the 21+ Live Oak bar on Demonbreun and be served an alcoholic drunk on January 12. The sale was witnessed by two special agents at the location, and Coonen was issued a citation, charging her with alcohol sales to a minor. She was booked on that citation this week.
Kaycee Lynn Coonen of Ellington Cir in Nashville, TN, was booked on the citation on February 27th, charged with alcohol sale to a minor.
