40-year-old Isaac Atkinson was involved in a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend, Lindsay Jane Robertson, inside Springwater Bar on December 2nd. Anna Love, patron of the bar, advised that Atkinson and Robertson were arguing when he punched her multiple times in her right arm. They left to go home, and Robert Lytten stated he witnessed Atkinson punch Robertson numerous times in the vehicle before they got to the residence. Officers arrived at the house and spoke with Robertson, who advised them of the incidents. Atkinson was taken into custody for two counts of domestic assault.

Ethan Kaiser fights multiple officers, runs from police on Broadway
21-year-old Ethan Jeffery Kaiser was seen fighting Alexander Jobie, an armed protective services employee, on the corner of 4th Street and Broadway in the early hours of December 3rd. Jobie was attempting to detain Kaiser while fighting with Heath Williams, security at Whiskey Row, after being denied entry. Kaiser disregarded and crossed the security rope, so Williams pushed him back. Then, Kaiser punched Williams in the face and kicked him in the leg. When Jobie was trying to secure Kaiser, they ended up on the ground, and Kaiser punched him in the face and then rolled over on top of him. Kaiser then broke free and started running. Officers pursued Kaiser on foot as he was noncompliant with their commands to stop and began to resist once they were able to arrest him actively. Kaiser was charged with resisting arrest and two counts of assault.
Selena Stringfield jailed after smacking her boyfriend in the face
31-year-old Selena Nicole Stringfield had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Matthew Keith, at America’s Best Value Motel on Rivergate Parkway in the early hours of November 23. Keith advised officers that he and Stringfield had been drinking alcohol, and the argument escalated when she smacked him in the face. He admitted to pushing her in response. Officers noticed the room had signs that a fight occurred. Stringfield admitted to hitting Keith first and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
DUI: Joshua Turner crashes car leaving parking lot
36-year-old Joshua Freeman Turner was involved in a car accident at 15th Avenue on December 3rd. Officers arrived and were advised by security from a nearby business that Turner was drinking before getting into the accident in the parking lot. Turner consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, refused to provide a blood or breath sample, and was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent.
DUI: Musician Joshua Gallagher runs red light after having “A Couple shots of Tequila”
33-year-old Joshua Gallagher failed to stop at a red light on Demonbreun Street in the late hours of December 2nd. After observing this, officers conducted a traffic stop and noticed Gallagher was slow to stop. Gallagher immediately placed both hands out of his windows even though officers did not command so, nor did he have any weapons in the vehicle. He was visibly intoxicated as he admitted to knowing why he was pulled over and to having two tall beers and “a couple shots of tequila.” Officers Mirandized Gallagher, and he refused to take sobriety tests without a lawyer present. He was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent. Additionally, officers searched his vehicle before having it towed. They discovered an open, nearly empty beer can under his front seat, so Gallagher was also charged with an open container violation.
Ethan Millican yells, acts aggressively towards officers on Broadway
24-year-old Ethan Millican was yelling at another individual on Broadway on the night of December 1st. Officers observed this and advised him to leave the area, but he continued to walk aggressively towards them, disregarding their commands. Millican was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
Melinda Vallem jailed after hitting a parked car on Call Hill Road
53-year-old Melinda Lee Vallem was involved in a car accident at Call Hill Road on November 22nd. Keegan Patrick Thayer called officers and advised them that Vallem had driven into his parked vehicle. When he went outside to check on Vallem, she was visibly intoxicated. Vallem stated that she had one unknown alcoholic beverage and an Ambien. She also believed that the accident happened on Bell Road, which is nowhere near the residential area she was in. Vallem was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Brittney Harp drunkenly wanders into multiple front lawns
28-year-old Brittney Harp was drunkenly walking in residents’ front lawns on Ward Avenue in the late hours of Sunday December 3rd. Officers noticed Harp standing near the roadway as they arrived and observed her to be visibly intoxicated. Harp was unable to provide a valid address, so she was placed into custody for public intoxication.
Keira Murren deemed too drunk for Broadway
24-year-old Keira Mary Murren was witnessed drinking liquor on Broadway on Sunday night. Two individuals approached officers, concerned about Murren, stating she looked like she needed help. The officers spoke with Murren and asked if she had anyone she could call, and she provided her own number. Then, Murren stated she did not know where her friends were and that she was staying at Jason Aldean’s Bar when asked where she resided. Officers observed that she was visibly intoxicated and unable to take care of herself, so she was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Jacob McFadden found sleeping in parking garage
23-year-old Jacob William McFadden was sleeping in a corner of the parking garage on Pine Street this past weekend. Officers were patrolling, observed this, and asked McFadden how he got there or where he was staying, but he was unable to answer. McFadden was visibly intoxicated, and when officers offered him a ride, he kept saying, “tired.” and that he was staying “here.” pointing at the corner where he was sleeping. Officers asked if he could call a friend or anything, but he continued to give nonsensical answers. McFadden was taken into custody for public intoxication.
