Anthony Wolf spits blood in officers face while being kicked out of Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk

38-year-old Anthony Ryan Wolf was being disorderly at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk late April 28th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down regarding the incident. When they arrived, they located Wolf, who was on the ground being detained by Ian Matthew Ray, an off-duty Police Chief for the Bell Buckle Police Department. Officers tried to identify themselves to Wolf, to which he replied, “I do not give a fuck.” Officers then went to detain him, but he became resistive, pulling his arms away and tensing up. When officers got him on the ground to arrest him, he spat in Officer Danielle Prader’s face. Wolf’s mouth was full of blood due to a cut inside of his lip from an unrelated occurrence. Wolf was then transported to Nashville General Hospital.

Then, officers spoke with Ray, who stated that security from the bar approached him, advising him that there was an issue in the bathroom and that Wolf needed to be removed from the establishment. Ray said he went to the bathroom and told Wolf he needed to leave, which he refused. Ray attempted to guide him to the door, causing Wolf to become agitated and spit in his face. While security escorted Wolf outside, he kicked Ray about five times, causing soreness, and then Ray detained him. Aaron Nolan Staten, a security guard, told officers he witnessed Wolf kicking Ray repeatedly, adding that he was also kicked and did not wish to prosecute. Wolf was taken into custody for resisting arrest, two counts of assault on an officer, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct on April 29th.

Josue Uribe jumps on top of cab after drinking on Broadway, says his friend told him to do it

24-year-old Josue Uribe was seen jumping on top of a cab in the middle of the street on Broadway on April 28th. Uribe was observed yelling and dancing on the top of the cab. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Uribe, who stated that his friend told him to do it. Uribe admitted he had 2 to 3 drinks before jumping on the cab. According to law enforcement, Josue Uribe was a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Kaur Harneet spills beer on police officer from balcony at Honky Tonk Central

29-year-old Kaur Harneet spilled a beer off the second-floor balcony and hit Sergeant Kristen Morgan at Honky Tonk Central in the early hours of April 27th. Officers spoke with Morgan, who stated she and the medics were looking for their patient when they were struck by falling liquid. Morgan said she observed a dark-haired female, later identified as Harneet, in a black dress, holding a cup over the balcony. Morgan said she watched Harneet hand her cup to a friend. Nicholas Pecoraro, security for Honky Tonk Central, said he saw Harneet leaning over the balcony with the cup in her hand. While security escorted Harneet out of the business, she uttered, “It was me,” as officers approached them. Morgan spoke with Harneet’s friends, who stated it was an accident and she did not mean to spill her drink. Once Harneet was detained, officers noticed she showed signs of impairment and reeked of alcohol. Harneet told officers that she had been drinking and that she was not as drunk as she may seem. Harneet was taken into custody for the assault of an officer.

Lance Biddle bothers police on Broadway

35-year-old Lance Daniel Biddle approached several officers in front of Jason Aldean’s Bar on April 7th. He advised that he was intoxicated and wanted to address an issue regarding another officer who was patrolling a different part of Broadway. During this, he showed numerous signs of intoxication and made multiple remarks about being drunk in public. Biddle had sat down on private property and appeared to have passed out, so an officer conducted a wellness check, but he refused medical attention. Biddle added that he tried giving the officer the “benefit of the doubt” since he mentioned his wife was nearby, so he walked off but returned to confront him.

Then, after becoming irate, Biddle approached a group of officers about a block away to discuss the incident. Biddle said he wanted to speak with a supervisor, so they contacted one immediately. While officers waited, they tried to get a description of the officer that Biddle had an issue with, but he could not provide enough description for them and accused them of knowing each other after they asked for further details.

He then became frustrated and argumentative, requesting them to return his ID, which they did, and he walked away while shouting things at them. Shortly after, Biddle reapproached the officers, trying to engage in an argument. They told him repeatedly that a supervisor had been called to address his complaint. Officers Ferrari, Ehman, Prader, Pearce, and Diesel witnessed the interaction. Biddle was then deemed a danger to himself and others and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Jacob Allen kicked out of taxi for being too drunk to remember where he’s staying

32-year-old Jacob Chaple Allen entered a taxi and did not know where he was staying in the early hours of April 6th. The cab driver flagged officers down, stating Allen was too intoxicated. When officers approached him, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing up. Officers asked Allen if he was on Broadway with anyone so he could call them to get him, but he did not have his phone. When officers asked him where he was staying, Allen said, “I’d be lying if I said I did.” Allen was deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Darren McDonald fights security after card declines at Nudie’s Honky Tonk

26-year-old Darren McDonald was disorderly at Nudies Honky Tonk on Broadway late March 16th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, advising that McDonald tried to walk out without paying his tab after his card declined, so they stopped him from leaving, which is when he became uncooperative and wanted to fight them. After this, security detained him, hindering him from exiting, where he was resistive, and ended up hitting one of the security guards. He was visibly intoxicated, making statements about wanting to drive home, so officers tried to find him a ride but were not able to. McDonald was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Jacik Daszkiewicz found passed out drunk near Bridgestone Arena

30-year-old Jacik Daszkiewicz passed out near the Bridgestone Arena near Demonbreun Street around 10:30 p.m. on March 17th. Officers observed this, approached him, and then woke him up. Officers noted that Daszkiewicz reeked of alcohol and could not stand up without assistance. Officers tried to call him an Uber, but he did not have his phone on him. So, they offered to give him a ride home, but Daszkiewicz told officers that he also did not have his keys. In addition, Daszkiewicz did not have a Tennessee ID, so officers could not confirm his provided address. Due to all of this, Daszkiewicz was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Barak Hammond shoves APS employee into street in Downtown Nashville

27-year-old Barak Bell Hammond tried to cross the street while traffic was moving in downtown Nashville late March 16th. An APS employee observed this and tried to stop Hammond from crossing the street. Hammond then shoved the APS employee, causing him to fall backward. While the APS employee was on the ground, a vehicle ran over his foot. The APS employee flagged officers down and informed them about the incident, adding that he did not wish to prosecute for the shove. When officers met with Hammond, he showed multiple signs of impairment, so he was deemed a danger to himself and others. Hammond was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Melanie Miller kicked out of Jason Aldean’s Bar, complains people inside are homophobic

34-year-old Melanie Leanne Miller had to be removed from Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway due to her level of intoxication in the early hours of March 3rd. Miller spoke with the police when they arrived, advising them that she wished to make a report regarding people being homophobic at the bar. When officers completed the report, they attempted to get a taxi for Miller, but she refused to enter it. Miller reeked of alcohol as she stated that she had friends coming down to meet her. Then, officers observed Miller as she stood on the corner between Jason Aldean’s and Broadway Brewhouse, where she was told to leave the establishment moments later. Miller began asking officers for their names and badge numbers, berating them for not displaying either on their vests. Officers deemed her a danger to herself and others. Miller was placed into custody for public intoxication.

Illinois Tourist Andrew Hellmich booked after refusing to leave Legends Corner Bar

30-year-old Illinois Tourist Andrew Hellmich refused to leave Legends Corner Bar late February 11th. Security for the bar flagged officers down and advised them of the situation. When officers arrived, Hellmich was in a fighting stance towards security officers, yelling at them. Officers approached Hellmich, observed him as highly intoxicated, and determined he was a danger to himself or others. Hellmich was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on February 12th.
