26-year-old Darren McDonald was disorderly at Nudies Honky Tonk on Broadway late March 16th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, advising that McDonald tried to walk out without paying his tab after his card declined, so they stopped him from leaving, which is when he became uncooperative and wanted to fight them. After this, security detained him, hindering him from exiting, where he was resistive, and ended up hitting one of the security guards. He was visibly intoxicated, making statements about wanting to drive home, so officers tried to find him a ride but were not able to. McDonald was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
Darrell D. McDonald of Greenland Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 17th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
