Texas Tourist found drunk, disorderly, & trespassing at Nashville Symphony — Mark Alan Richardson

23-year-old Mark Alan Richardson, from Texas, was found yelling and screaming from inside a locked & gated courtyard area of the Nashville Symphony in downtown Nashville. He apparently was unable to get out of the area, and venue security told police they believe he had to scale the eight-foot-tall gates to get stuck inside. Richardson refused to speak to officers and was transported to the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass. He is free on pre-trial release.

Teenage soldier charged after drinking 6 beers & attempting to fight others in Broadway brawl — Brodie Harris

Metro Nasvhille Police charged 19-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Brodie Harris with underage consumption of alcohol, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct Saturday night as he was involved in a large brawl on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Harris was observed attempting to punch another person, was ordered to stop, but he continued to attempt to strike the other person, ignoring the commands of officers. Harris stated he had six beers and was “trying to defend his friend from getting jumped”. Harris was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and is free on pre-trial release.

Soldier gets disorderly during downtown brawl when he’s called a “p**sy”, he says — Jose Arellano arrested

27-year-old U.S. Army Soldier Jose Arellano was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday night after police say he was involved in a brawl with multiple other individuals, including other soldiers, near 2nd Ave & Broadway in downtown Nashville. Court records show he told officers he was upset that one of the other brawlers had “called him a p**sy” after which he became confrontational and attempted to provoke another fight and had to be held/pulled back by officers and other individuals. He continued to be combative and was eventually taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. Arellano is free on pre-trial release.

60-year-old Rober Eberhardt, of Arizona, is charged with disorderly conduct after he was at Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville this weekend and became upset after his wife suffered an injury and security escorted him out of the venue. He attempted to re-enter the establishment, at which time Officer Sizemore told him he could not re-enter, and he grabbed the police officer’s shoulder with both hands and pushed him backward. He was transported to booking, charged with disorderly conduct, and is free on pre-trial release.

Tourist defecates on himself in downtown bar, says security is “trying to kill me” — Hunter Brooke Macfarlane

38-year-old Hunter Brooke Macfarlane, a tourist from North Carolina, was found on the floor of Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa on Broadway in downtown Nashville with his pants around his ankles, having defecated on himself while screaming: “They [security guards] are trying to kill me!” Security flagged down officers after the man refused to leave, and he was transported to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is free on pre-trial release.

James Payton: “I’m not going anywhere, walk away from me right now!”; #MNPD: Understood the assignment

36-year-old Philadelphia tourist James Payton was found “extremely intoxicated” and attempting to fight staff at the Moxy in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. He was immediately irritated with the arrival of officers and stated they should “walk away from him, right now!”. Despite attempts to get him to his room, he stated he wasn’t going anywhere. Officers understood the assignment and took Payton into custody, charging him with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is free on pre-trial release.

21-year-old Callan Isley, from New York, says he was “wasted” and unsure how he ended up attempting to climb a fence to get out of the secured courtyard of a federal courthouse in downtown Nashville Wednesday night. He received “minor injuries” from federal protective service officers Jason Talbert and Christopher Bullock during the arrest. #VisitMusicCity

Musician arrested after being too intoxicated for rock concert at Ascend Amphitheater — Scott Garbutt

60-year-old musician Scott Garbutt was denied entry to a concert in Nashville this weekend for being too intoxicated prior to the show. He became aggressive with the staff and was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and criminal trespass at Ascend Amphitheater. At some point during booking, his hairpiece also failed to appear. He is free on pre-trial release.
