32-year-old Moraza Romero Nurizbelixa was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, Marvin Orlando Alvarez Varela, at the apartments on Haywood Lane in the late hours of December 7th. Nurizbelixa spoke with officers and stated she and Varela had an argument that resulted in him hitting her and that he sustained the injury to his lip because she defended herself. Varela advised officers that he was asleep when Nurizbelixa suddenly jumped on him and began to attack him, upset because she could not find anything on his phone. He said she grabbed his neck and punched him in the face, causing his lip injury. Then, Nurizbelixa grabbed some of his money and threw it, which she admitted to. Nelson Ahman Banegas Alvarez witnessed the incident and stated that Nurizbelixa initiated the physical altercation. Nurizbelixa was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Anthony Branch throws girlfriend on ground multiple times during altercation
20-year-old Anthony Branch was involved in a domestic altercation at Central Pike with his girlfriend, Queenie Phan, in the early hours of Thursday afternoon. Phan called a friend and told them to call 911 when she and Branch began arguing. Branch proceeded to take her phone and money and tried to call 911, saying “someone was in route to assault him.” Phan attempted to get her phone back from him, but he grabbed her by the arms and “threw her” to the ground multiple times, causing bruising to her arms. He then took the cash, Phan’s car keys, and two large knives and left the apartment. When the police arrived, Branch returned with the bag of money, car keys, and knives. Branch was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Bryam Niebles Molina pulls wife’s hair during argument
29-year-old Bryam Niebles Molina was jailed on December 8th after assaulting his wife during a verbal dispute. Carmen Emilce explained that she and her husband work together and had gotten into an argument, but once they got home, he began to throw her belongings outside. At that point, Carmen called the police, which upset Bryam even more, and he flung her purse into the TV, breaking the screen. When she walked outside to collect her thrown belongings, her husband grabbed her by her hair to pull her back inside. Officers observed the items on the ground and spoke with Bryam, who stated that he was upset and threw Carmen’s belongings outside. He later admitted to pulling her back inside by her hair because he was angry.
Duvere Bishop punches ex-girlfriend in face, steals her phone during dispute over infidelity
32-year-old Duvere Bishop appeared at a beauty shop where his ex-girlfriend worked and assaulted her on August 24th 2022. This started over Bishop’s girlfriend finding him to have been unfaithful in their relationship, which led to Bishop striking his girlfriend in the face, causing bruising on her eye and cutting her nose. Officers later arrived at the scene in which Bishop was no longer present, but his girlfriend was able to tell her account of the story. His girlfriend also discussed with officers that she set up her phone before Bishop’s arrival, and when he came, he took her phone and fled. Bishop was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence and theft.
Tamia Webb throws wooden chair at mother during dispute
18-year-old Tamia Webb was involved in a domestic disturbance with her mom, Tia Webb, at Dew Street on December 3rd. Tia called the authorities on December 5th, advising them that during the December 3rd altercation, her daughter began to throw items around the house. Then, she picked up three knives and began to charge at Tia and Terrance Frye, so Tia grabbed her arms, causing her to drop them. Tamia picked up a wooden chair and threw it at Tia, but she was able to retreat behind a door so it did not hit her. Frye provided officers with video footage confirming Tia’s statements. Tamia was taken into custody for domestic assault and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Joshua Webb threatens to fight mother in dispute over dog
20-year-old Joshua Dron Webb was involved in a domestic dispute with his mom, Tia Webb, at Dew Street on December 5th. Tia told officers she argued with her son regarding his dog. Then, Joshua called her and said that he was going to come to her apartment and beat her up, putting her in fear for her safety. Shortly after that, someone was banging on her door, trying to open it. Joshua was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Louise Kapaya punches ex-boyfriend in the mouth
19-year-old Louise Kapaya assaulted her ex-boyfriend after an argument turned violent at Vantage Way on December 3rd. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Demetrius Curry, who stated that the argument escalated when Kapaya punched him in the mouth. Officers observed cuts and bruises on Demetrius’ mouth. Kapaya fled the scene before the police arrived but was picked up on December 6th.
Gabrielle Johnson assaults girlfriend in lobby of Best Western Hotel over breakup
22-year-old Gabrielle Johnson was jailed on December 6th for assaulting her girlfriend in the lobby of the Best Western Hotel on December 1st. Andrea Lee explained that she and Johnson had been dating for over two years when she called to end the relationship. According to Lee, Johnson became upset and went to the hotel, asking for her shoes back before hitting Lee multiple times in the face and head. Lee sustained injuries to her head, right breast, and neck.
Joshua Spears bites his girlfriend’s foot during argument
31-year-old Joshua Spears had a domestic disagreement with his girlfriend, Allison Eidson-Breckey, at Aberdeen Road on November 26th. Eidson-Breckey stated that she was looking through Spears’s phone, found some things that upset her, and confronted him, which started an argument. Then, she said that Spears began to strike her in the head and mouth, leaving her with a swollen upper lip. She then complained about having knots on the top of her head. Eidson-Beckey advised them that after this, they began fighting on the floor, and she kicked him off herself in self-defense; spears then bit her on the foot. Officers observed the blood on her injured left foot and the blood on Spears’s face as they placed him in custody for domestic assault.
Mikia Flemister drinks all day, punches girlfriend multiple time in face
39-year-old Mikia Flemister was involved in a domestic disturbance with her girlfriend, Tiffany Meeks, at their shared residence on Lischey Pl. in the early hours of December 3rd. Meeks spoke with officers and advised Flemister had been drinking all day, causing problems in their residence. They started arguing when Flemister got in Meeks’ face. Meeks stated, “Don’t put your hands on me.” Then, Flemister punched her in the face, grabbed her by the hair, and continued to hit her until Meeks’ brother came to intervene. Officers spoke with Meek’s son and brother, who confirmed her statements. Flemister was detained and, while in the patrol car, began to hit her head on the glass divider between the front and back of the patrol car, causing injuries to her forehead. Flemister was taken into custody for domestic assault.
