33-year-old tourist Kyle Rogers was at Luke’s 32 Bridge in downtown Nashville Thursday night when he was involved in a fight. As security broke up the fight, Rogers began to cause issues with the bouncers. He was escorted outside of the venue, where he encountered nearby Metro Nashville police officers. He was offered medical assistance and refused, and he also refused to go back to his hotel. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Kyle Pinheiro too drunk and disorderly for CMA Fest in downtown Nashville

31-year-old Kyle Pinheiro was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar late Thursday night in the middle of CMA Fest in downtown Nashville. He was escorted outside, and nearby officers explained he could go to any other bar downtown but could not return to Jason Aldean’s. He walked away, and two minutes later returned and began to berate security and attempt to re-enter the venue. As officers attempted to take him into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication, Pinheiro clenched his fists and pulled away, and eventually had to be placed into the back of a patrol car when he stopped walking. While en route to booking, he threatened to punch the officers in the head and then continued to scream uncontrollably during the entire ride.

Tourist Charles Jordan punches cop in face at Omni Hotel; pre-trial release

It took multiple officers to take 35-year-old tourist Charles Jordan into custody at the Omni Hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning. Jordan was not a guest at the hotel but was drunkenly walking the hallways, causing a disturbance. He was asked to leave by an off-duty officer and refused. He shoved the officer away, making physical contact, and then punched him in the face, leaving him with a visible bruise under his left eye. Additional officers arrived, and after a brief scuffle, Jordan was taken into custody.

Nicholas Moore — too drunk to fly at Nashville Airport

28-year-old Nicholas Moore was jailed this weekend after being denied boarding a Southwest flight at the Nashville International Airport due to his level of intoxication. He became belligerent with gate agents, and Airport Police responded to the incident. Moore was unable to remain standing without assistance and continued to be a disruption to the business. He attempted to have a family member retrieve him, but he escalated the situation and began to scream in an officer’s face.

38-year-old Sean Woods was booked June 3rd after police were flagged down by a witness stating that a man was passed out in the grass beside the Exxon gas station on Broadway. When police arrived, they saw Woods lying on the ground, obviously impaired. When the fire department arrived, Woods crawled under the fire truck. Police were able to get the defendant out from under the truck and stand him up. He declined medical treatment and refused to be transported to the hospital. Due to his level of intoxication, police determined Woods to be a danger to himself and attempted to take him into custody, but he resisted by pulling away and kicking multiple officers in their legs while yelling racial slurs. Woods continued to kick at officers while being placed in the back of the patrol car.

Bryan Essex shoves girlfriend to the ground; hides from police in bushes

32-year-old Bryan Essex was with his girlfriend at Losers Bar on Division Street on May 27 in Nashville. As they left for the evening, Bryan reportedly got into an argument with an unknown man on the sidewalk outside the bar. His girlfriend attempted to de-escalate the situation and intervene, but Bryan reportedly shoved her to the ground, where she landed on her back. When she got up and attempted to calm him down a second time, he grabbed her by the neck and threatened to fight everyone who was watching. As people began to call 911, Bryan hid in some nearby brush on the ground, which is where police located him.

Tourist Anna DiFrancesco found face down on pavement in the Gulch

23-year-old tourist Anna Difrancesco was found face down on the pavement on Demonbreun Street just after 2 a.m. Saturday. Officers approached her after being flagged down by security and identified her via her Minnesota driver’s license. He knees appeared to be scraped from a fall, and she was extremely intoxicated. She refused all medical attention and was unable to provide an address to where she was staying or a phone number for anyone who could retrieve her. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Internet celebrity Coby Persin jailed in Nashville after he was unable to handle his alcohol

29-year-old YouTuber Coby Persin, whose real name is Chaim Persin and has millions of followers across his social media platforms, was jailed in Nashville Sunday evening. Persin, who is often known as ‘That guy from YouTube,’ was seen in the city this weekend with the troubled Jack Zuckowsky. An employee of Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe – The Gulch flagged down nearby officers to report Persin was acting erratic at the location. Officers found the YouTuber without his shirt or shoes and reeking of alcohol. His social media shows him drinking across the rooftops of downtown Nashville in the hours prior. Persin was so intoxicated he was unable to tell officers where he was staying and was unable to have anyone retrieve him to a safe place. The arresting officer says Persin was unable to form complete sentences or thoughts during questioning and deemed him unable to care for himself.

Alix Noizin drunkenly attempts to get into police cruiser downtown, upset he can’t get inside

24-year-old Alix Noizin was booked this week after he attempted to open the driver’s side door of a police patrol car in downtown Nashville. When he realized the door was locked, he started banging on the window. The officer got out and told him to stop. Noizin ran toward Acme Feed and Seed on Broadway and fell. Acme security detained him, and the officer took him into custody. When another officer arrived on scene, Noizon fell to his knees due to his drunken state. He had slurred speech and smelled strongly of alcohol.
