31-year-old Kyle Pinheiro was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar late Thursday night in the middle of CMA Fest in downtown Nashville. He was escorted outside, and nearby officers explained he could go to any other bar downtown but could not return to Jason Aldean’s. He walked away, and two minutes later returned and began to berate security and attempt to re-enter the venue. As officers attempted to take him into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication, Pinheiro clenched his fists and pulled away, and eventually had to be placed into the back of a patrol car when he stopped walking. While en route to booking, he threatened to punch the officers in the head and then continued to scream uncontrollably during the entire ride.
