Roxanne White drunkenly attacks boyfriend because she can’t find her phone

42-year-old Roxanne White had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Jordan Bohn, at Cambria Hotel on 8th Avenue South late May 4th. When officers arrived, they spoke with White on the 5th floor, who showed signs of intoxication, reeking of alcohol. White stated that Bohn had just attacked her. She showed officers an abrasion on her right arm and marks around her neck. When officers asked White what happened, she said they were in the hotel room, and then Bohn just “randomly attacked” her. After officers asked White to clarify, she stated she did not know but added that he “choked” her. She then told officers that he was in another room in the hotel, where they went to speak with him.

Bohn told officers that he and White fought after they went downtown Nashville to enjoy a show and had some drinks, adding that everything seemed fine and that she had “a lot of drinks.” He said that after the show, she became nonverbal toward him, and then he requested an Uber to return to the hotel. While in the Uber, Bohn stated White had lost her phone, and when they got to their hotel room, she was mad at him for not locating her cellphone. Bohn said she left the room and returned, trying to fight him for his phone until she obtained it to find hers. Bohn admitted to defending himself by pushing her off, hindering her from scratching and hitting him. He added that he wrapped both of his hands around White’s neck to hold her down. Bohn had visible injuries from their scuffle. Officers deemed White as the primary aggressor, and then she was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 5th.

Fox Gareth refuses to leave The Night We Met Club after being deemed “extremely intoxicated”

35-year-old Fox Gareth was being disorderly at The Night We Met Club on 12th Avenue North in the early hours of April 28th. When officers arrived, they noticed Gareth and the security at the establishment standing outside. Officers spoke with security, who stated that Gareth was “extremely intoxicated” and distracted them from their job. Security advised they told Gareth several times to leave the establishment, but he refused. Then, officers spoke with Gareth, who showed multiple signs of inebriation and gave nonsensical, slurred responses to their questions. The officers warned Gareth to show them his identification and leave, which he disregarded. Gareth was then deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Joshua Peyton tries to leave Redneck Riviera after not paying $17 tab, tells police “Y’all should just arrest me then.”

42-year-old local musician Joshua Peyton tried to exit Redneck Riviera without paying for their services around 2:00 a.m. on April 5th. When officers arrived, they located him and spoke with Calla Carpenter, a bartender for the establishment that witnessed this, about a resolution for him to pay his tab. Before their arrival, Peyton ran up a $17.18 tab, so officers tried to get him to pay it, during which they noticed he showed numerous signs of intoxication. Officers gave him multiple chances to call a friend or his wife to pick him up, but Peyton never called anyone. Peyton told officers, “No one needs to pick me up because I am going to get in my truck and drive home.” When officers told Peyton that he would not be getting in his vehicle and needed someone to pick him up, he stated, “Y’all should just arrest me then.” Peyton was then deemed a danger to himself and taken into custody for theft of services and public intoxication.

Stanley Tallman attempts to fight random bystanders outside of Wild Beaver Saloon

40-year-old Stanley Tallman was disorderly at Wild Beaver Saloon on Commerce Street in the early hours of March 25th. When officers arrived, security for the establishment advised them that Tallman was outside trying to pick fights with random people. Security stated that when they approached him, he reeked of alcohol. They explained that they told Tallman to leave several times, but he refused, causing a disturbance. Officers asked Tallman if he had a place he could go to, but he gave blank responses to them. Officers deemed him a danger to himself and others, so they detained him. Tallman was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Joseph Green attacks woman on Broadway for messing with his baby-mama

34-year-old Joseph Travis Green attacked Carlie Nicole Carter at Whiskey Row on Broadway in the early hours of March 8th. Witnesses waved down the police and advised them that Green was walking down 4th Avenue South. Police then located and detained Green. Officers spoke with Carter, who advised them that Green came up from behind and punched her, which was witnessed by Mark McCarthy. McCarthy then chased Green down to stop him after seeing the assault. Then officers spoke with Green, who reeked of alcohol as he advised them that he assaulted Carter because she was messing with his baby’s mother. Officers reviewed the camera footage, which showed Green hitting Carter, and placed Green into custody for assault and public intoxication.

Canadian Tourist Stephen Jones interferes with medics helping his wife near Omni Hotel

60-year-old Canadian Tourist Stephen Gwynne Jones interfered with medics as they tried to assist his wife near the Omni Hotel on Representative John Lewis Way South in the early hours of March 2nd. When officers arrived, they detained Jones and were advised that he and his wife were inebriated, stumbling in and out of the establishment. Jones was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Keenan Liam drunkenly fights security at Clarion Hotel, asks police to arrest him

33-year-old Keenan Liam was being disorderly at Clarion Hotel on 1st Street in the early hours of March 3rd. Hotel security had him detained for fighting with security guards as officers arrived. During the scuffle with security, Liam sustained a nose injury that required medical attention. When medics arrived, they advised officers that they would transport Liam to Midtown Hospital. Liam displayed good behavior until they got to the hospital, where he began to refuse medical assistance and asked for officers to arrest him. Liam was taken into custody for public intoxication.

DUI: Luis Bernales drinks 3 beers before driving on wrong side of road

25-year-old Luis Bernales drove on the wrong side of 3rd Avenue South and Korean Veterans Boulevard in the early hours of February 12th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and approached the driver’s side door. Officers asked him if he knew why they pulled him over, and he responded incoherently. When asked about his driver’s license and paperwork, he told officers, “I don’t know,” and could not find them. Bernales then admitted to having three beers before driving. Bernales consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
