35-year-old Fox Gareth was being disorderly at The Night We Met Club on 12th Avenue North in the early hours of April 28th. When officers arrived, they noticed Gareth and the security at the establishment standing outside. Officers spoke with security, who stated that Gareth was “extremely intoxicated” and distracted them from their job. Security advised they told Gareth several times to leave the establishment, but he refused. Then, officers spoke with Gareth, who showed multiple signs of inebriation and gave nonsensical, slurred responses to their questions. The officers warned Gareth to show them his identification and leave, which he disregarded. Gareth was then deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
