40-year-old Stanley Tallman was disorderly at Wild Beaver Saloon on Commerce Street in the early hours of March 25th. When officers arrived, security for the establishment advised them that Tallman was outside trying to pick fights with random people. Security stated that when they approached him, he reeked of alcohol. They explained that they told Tallman to leave several times, but he refused, causing a disturbance. Officers asked Tallman if he had a place he could go to, but he gave blank responses to them. Officers deemed him a danger to himself and others, so they detained him.
