27-year-old Riley Thomas of Three Forks, Montana, was charged with assault on her trip to Nashville this weekend after she reportedly struck a security guard in his eye, knocking off his glasses. He commanded her to stop and not enter, as this was the men’s restroom, and directed her back to the women’s restroom, which had a significant line. After doing his business, Waddell was leaving the restroom when Riley’s sister said, “there’s that fucker!” He then told Riley’s sister she had to leave the venue for being disrespectful. Melissa Bublitz would like to speak to the manager of baseball; she’s a nurse and her boyfriend is a player

23-year-old St. Thomas Midtown nurse Melissa Bublitz was determined to bring her oversized purse into the Nashville Sounds Stadium Saturday night, so much so that Metro Nashville Police noted she attempted to use her position as a nurse, and that her boyfriend was a baseball player, in an effort to have the rules not apply to her. Not once, not twice, but three times she caused a scene at the stadium after security denied her entry with the oversized purse, which is disallowed in the stadium security rules. Unhappy with being told no, she demanded the Assistant Manager, who also told her no.

Police then got involved as the situation escalated, and she was equally as disappointed in being taken to jail over her behavior. Officers say she was given multiple opportunities to walk away with her friends, who were able to care for her in her extreme state of intoxication, but she refused and repeated she was a St. Thomas Nurse and her boyfriend was playing on the field, so she should be allowed in.

Nathaniel Berg & Leslie McDowell — it’s a lot to unpack

41-year-old Nathaniel Berg & 41-year-old Leslie McDowell were jailed over an argument about drugs that turned violent at his home on Baxter avenue. Leslie told police that she had her friend Angela Segroves over for dinner. Leslie and her boyfriend Nathaniel got into an argument when Nathaniel asked her for drugs, and she responded, “I do not have any.” Nathaniel became upset with that response and told her to leave and grab all of her belongings. As she was leaving, Nathaniel started grabbing her things back, leading to a tug-of-war over her belongings.

During the altercation, Leslie’s right ear got hit by a doorframe. She also said that she was pinned down by her arms by Nathaniel. The altercation ended when Leslie and Angela left the house. When police questioned Nathaniel, he told them that Leslie treated his home like a storage unit and that when he told her he wanted her and her friend out of his house, she got upset and tried to fight him, and that’s why he pinned her arms down, in self-defense. He told police that while her arms were pinned, Leslie managed to bite his cheek and pinch his thigh.

Police questioned the friend, Angela Segroves, who said what actually happened was that she and Leslie were eating; when Nathaniel came in, he told Leslie that she couldn’t eat the food in the house, but Leslie ignored him and kept eating. Nathaniel then got in her face. Leslie got up and went from room to room, trying to avoid Nathaniel until he grabbed her by both of her arms and shoved her to the ground, and had a screwdriver in his hand. She said that Leslie continued to fight while her side was being pushed up against a door frame, and then she was picked up and physically thrown out of the house by Nathaniel. They were both taken to booking.
