21-year-old Zatrion Williams was jailed this weekend by Metro Nashville Police on a $10,000 bond after he was found to be giving away balloons filled with nitrous oxide in downtown Nashville. Officers report observing a “large gathering of individuals with balloons in a festive state” and went to investigate their happiness. They found Williams freely distributing the balloon, which he was filling from a large Nitrous Oxide canister. He stated he tours with bands and gives the ballons away as it was “part of the culture.” Metro Nashville Police seized two tanks and took Williams into custody, charging him with felony sales/delivery of toxic fumes.
