Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative Saturday night responded to Losers Bar & Grill in downtown Nashville for an altercation between bar staff and 44-year-old Adam L Stanley. Stanley was trespassed from the location and went about his night. A half-hour later, Stanley returned to the location and attempted to enter, despite just being trespassed and told not to return. He was transported to booking and charged with criminal trespass.

28-year-old Cody Allen Stout, who visited Nashville from Ohio this weekend, was determined to find more than alcohol when he visited Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar early Saturday evening around dinner time. Security at the location says he annoyed both staff and other patrons while attempting to purchase drugs, asking everyone if they had any drugs available to sell him. He refused to leave when asked, and Metro Nashville Police took him into custody for criminal trespass.
Christina Rebata jailed after refusing to leave Big Machine Distillery in downtown Nashville
29-year-old Christina Charlotte Rebata was asked to leave the Big Machine Distillery on 3rd Ave South in downtown Nashville multiple times Sunday and refused to do so. Staff contacted Metro Nashville Police, who arrived to find her still refusing to leave the bar. She was transported to booking and charged with criminal trespass.
Andrew Provenzano runs through security at Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Nashville
22-year-old Andrew Provenzano was attending the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert in Nashville Friday night when police say he violated an unspecified policy of the venue and was escorted out by Apex Security and told to leave the property for the duration of the event. Upset that the Black Summer would go on without him, Provenzano decided to Give it Away, his freedom that is, and get to the Otherside, knowing he Cant Stop and took on a full-speed run, Easily making it through all security checkpoints. Police then took him into custody for trespassing and transported him to booking.
Drunken tourist Piotr Walaszek makes it onto the roof of downtown Nashville bar
Metro Nashville police responded to Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa just before 2 a.m. Saturday for a report of a disorderly person. Officers found that 25-year-old Piotr Walaszek had made his way onto the roof of the venue. Staff escorted police to the roof access area, and officers located the man extremely intoxicated and stumbling around. After repeated refusals to leave the property, Walaszek was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass.
Sawyer Swindle deemed too drunk for Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa in downtown Nashville
Staff at Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa say 21-year-old Sawyer Swindle was trespassing at their location and was extremely intoxicated. He had been asked to leave multiple times and refused to do so, and Metro Nashville police were called to the scene. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass.
Mr. Brooke Babes charged after refusing to leave hotel, high on Xanax bars
39-year-old Brooke Thomas Babes was asked to leave the Clarion Hotel on 1st street in downtown Nashville multiple times on Monday. Staff says he was highly intoxicated and was nodding off during their interaction. Babes told Metro Nashville Police officers he had taken Xanax pills and that even if he walked away, he would just return to the hotel as soon as officers left the area. Due to his dedication to breaking the law, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass. This was his first Nashville arrest.
Dustin Brown too drunk for Nudie’s Honky Tonk; resists arrest & damages a taser in downtown Nashville
34-year-old Dustin Brown was kicked out of Nudie’s Honkey Tonk on Friday but soon returned to the venue and sat in the open window of the location, where he continued to cause issues with staff. He refused to leave a second time and was physically removed from the property and taken to the ground by security, where he received some facial abrasions, which were treated by medics. Police took him into custody for public intoxication and criminal trespass. While attempting to place him into custody and conduct a search, Brown repeatedly pulled away from officers and refused to get into the transport car. While one officer was holding his feed to place him into the car, Brown kicked his taser and broke the battery portion of the device.
Tourist Richard Long kicked out of Gaylord Opryland Hotel after armed drunken disturbance
46-year-old tourist Richard Long, from Tempe, AZ, was asked to leave his hotel, the Gaylord Opryland Resort, after threatening staff and causing a disturbance. Metro Nashville Police arrived and observed that Long was extremely intoxicated, and security reported they had told the guest he would have to leave the property due to him making direct threats to staff, which Long said he wouldn’t do since he was a paying guest. Officers explained the trespassing law to him, yet he continued to cause a disturbance at the resort hotel. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and possession of a handgun while under the influence, as a Glock was located on his right hip and located during a search incident to arrest.
Racist John Zarling says Nashville Police have no power over him at Jason Aldean’s Bar
John Zarling told Metro Nashville Police Officers “You have no power over me!” as he pulled away from the handcuffs they were attempting to place on his wrists at Jason Aldean’s Bar early Sunday morning. Officers responded to the scene after bouncers at the downtown Nashville bar asked Zerling to leave when he was involved in a fight on the second floor of the venue. Zarling continued to claim he had done nothing wrong and they had no reason to ask him to leave and refused to accept the fact that he could be asked to leave for any reason, as explained to him by Nashville police. Zarling’s social media is full of racist content (screenshots included).
He was given the chance to go outside and wait for his friends, but stated he wasn’t leaving the bar, so the bar staff asked for him to be trespassed and removed from the property. As officers were escorting him from the venue, Zarling grabbed onto things in an attempt to prevent his removal, and it eventually took several officers to physically remove him from the property.
