Tourist Charles Jordan punches cop in face at Omni Hotel; pre-trial release

It took multiple officers to take 35-year-old tourist Charles Jordan into custody at the Omni Hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning. Jordan was not a guest at the hotel but was drunkenly walking the hallways, causing a disturbance. He was asked to leave by an off-duty officer and refused. He shoved the officer away, making physical contact, and then punched him in the face, leaving him with a visible bruise under his left eye. Additional officers arrived, and after a brief scuffle, Jordan was taken into custody.

Joshua Garozzo breaks into West End Building, passes out atop desk with wet pants

An Uber driver reported to police that he witnessed 29-year-old Joshua Garozzo pry open a door at 1720 West End Avenue just after 4 a.m. Saturday morning. Officers arrived and observed the door of the obviously closed business was ajar. Garozzo was found sitting atop a desk, passed out, with urine-soaked pants. He was unable to tell officers why he was there and struggled to stay awake. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Sebastian Sigg couldn’t stay away from Luke’s 32 Bridge Bar in Nashville, assaulted security

22-year-old tourist Sebastian Sigg was bounced from Luke’s 32 Bar in downtown Nashville three times late Sunday night. The first two times, he left on his own after being told he was not welcome inside the bar anymore. He returned again and had to be forcibly removed by security staff. As they were attempting to remove him, Sigg pushed one of the bouncers on the stairway while he grabbed onto the handrail and attempted to pull away from the security staff. Sigg was described as “highly intoxicated” and was taken into custody by Metro Nashville Police.

A drunken Joseph Arana would like to speak to the manager of the hotel

56-year-old Joseph Arana was jailed on April 2nd after yelling in his hotel room at the Hyatt Place Opryland on Rudy Circle and disturbing guests. Hotel staff told police that they did not want Arana on the property because of his yelling in room 229. Officers noted there was another call reporting the yelling coming from room 229. Police spoke with Arana and told him he wasn’t welcome on the property. He was drunk, and several liquor bottles were scattered throughout the hotel room. Arana agreed to leave the hotel, so police left the location until they received another call about him refusing to leave. Officers returned to the hotel and saw Arana outside with all his luggage still inside his room. He was drunk and yelling that he wanted to speak to a manager. Management told police they had already talked to Arana, refused him service, and told him to leave.

Joseph Hamelin’s wild night at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Joseph Hamelin was at Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville Thursday night, where he was extremely intoxicated and throwing things at other patrons. Security made contact with him and asked him to leave, a request he refused. A second bouncer soon arrived, and he was escorted to the stairwell, where he fell to dead weight and refused to move. He assumed the fetal position and told bouncers he wasn’t going anywhere, but “y’all can take me wherever.” He was handcuffed, and police were called to transport him to night court. While in the back of the patrol car, he vomited, earning him another charge. Once inside booking, Hamelin told his friend, who was also in booking, “I puked in that fucking dude’s car!”

Charlie Boyer arrested after refusing to leave a downtown Nashville store

28-year-old Charlie Boyer was jailed on March 31st after he refused to leave the premises of a store near 12th Avenue S and Broadway. Officers were working on a lane closure and went to a nearby business for a meal break, where they were flagged down by an employee and told that Boyer was refusing to leave. Police also asked Boyer to leave and told him the employee didn’t want him around the store. Boyer told police that he was not from the area. Police told Boyer that he would be arrested for trespassing if he didn’t leave, but he still refused and was arrested for criminal trespassing.

It took five MNPD Entertainment District officers to arrest Jessica Barnhill outside Jason Aldean’s bar

Metro Nashville Police say it took five of their Entertainment District Unt Officers to place 23-year-old Jessica Barnhill into the back of a patrol car after she was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar early Sunday morning. She continued to attempt to re-enter the bar and was causing a disturbance to other patrons, which is why police initially became involved.

Daniel Lynch says ‘Cinnabon’ bought drugs with his money; as he foamed at the mouth

59-year-old Daniel Lynch was found screaming and yelling, “I’m going to fucking kill her!” while standing in a breezeway at the Meridian Apartments on Old Hickory Blvd. He then began to toss things from a 3rd-floor balcony. Officers were flagged down and Lynch told them he was upset because ‘Cinnabon’ used his money to buy drugs. Lynch admitted he had been drinking but denied any drug use, despite foaming at the mouth during the interaction. Management says the apartment was supposed to be empty. When officers were clearing the apartment, they located a crack pipe and several items of drug paraphernalia, along with Lynch’s ID and phone.

Tyler Mulldane: I’m a CIA operative that owns the Opry Mills Mall & Hotel

33-year-old Tyler Mulldane told police he was a working CIA operative, and that he was the owner of the Opry Mills Mall & Gaylord Opryland Hotel when he was found trespassing on their property on February 26. Security had asked Mulldane to leave the property, but he refused, demanding he owned the property. Officers took him into custody and jailed him on a criminal trespassing charge.
