William Fowler kicks cop in groin, flees, after assaulting his father in downtown Nashville
William Fowler was in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning with his mother and father. Police say they observed William push his father near Jason Aldean’s bar. The two had been in an argument about his father disrespecting his mother. As officers attempted to take him into custody, William kicked Officer Dennis Diesel in the groin and fled from officers after fighting to get away. He was taken back into custody and transported to booking, facing multiple charges. His mother, Alicia Fowler, was also arrested as she attempted to interfere in the arrest of her son.
Kevontay Fells bites girlfriend’s face after soaking her with tea
22-year-old Kevontay Fells threw a cup of tea at his girlfriend, Ga’Kira Whitson, soaking her with the liquid during an argument on June 29. The two were reportedly arguing over “relationship issues” at the time. She says he then pushed her, she pushed him back, and then he grabbed her face and bit it, leaving a visible injury per police. Kevontay told police that he only bit her face because she bit his face first. He was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.
Christian Dewaratanawanich smashes boyfriend’s head with candle during breakup
28-year-old Christian Dewaratanawanich was jailed on June 27th after assaulting his boyfriend at their home at Brighton Valley Apartments. Ethan Hall told police that he and Christian got into an argument, and he suggested they break up, which sent Christian into a rage. Christian started throwing things and yelling at Ethan as Ethan tried to calm him down because they just moved into the apartments, and their neighbors could hear the commotion. Christan threw a candle jar at Ethan’s head, causing a bloody gash. Sergio was on the phone with Ethan during the incident. Sergio drove over to the apartments when police arrived and told them he heard Christian yelling at Ethan and Ethan urging him to stop so they don’t disturb the neighbors. Sergio added this is not the first time Christian has been physical with Ethan. Ethan told police he had never reported previous incidents. Based on Ethan’s visible injuries and the statements of the incident, officers obtained a warrant on Ethan’s behalf despite him not wanting to press charges.

Ethan Wallace strikes girlfriend in mouth, threatens to kill her on 911 tape
Police say 33-year-old Donald Ethan Wallace struck his girlfriend, Ashley Folds, in the mouth while on I-24 E Saturday night and left her on the side of the interstate, where police rescued her and took her to a safe location. She explained he struck her in the mouth and smacked the phone from her hand as she called 911. Officers observed an injury to her lip. A playback of the 911 recording reveals Wallace saying, “I am going to snap your f*/king neck,” and “I am going to f*/king kill you.” Officers located Wallace shortly after, when he called from his home to tell his side of the story, which was that she smacked him first. Due to the overall circumstances, injuries, 911 recording, and history of his prior domestic history, Ethan was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
New York’s Salvatore Cerniglia charged with assault of his girlfriend in downtown Nashville
42-year-old New York tourist Salvatore Cerniglia was arguing with his girlfriend, Jennifer Sackowski, in front of the Apple store in downtown Nashville Sunday when a bystander attempted to separate the couple as things escalated. Salvatore then reportedly grabbed his girlfriend and punched her with two fists. Officers arrived, and the couple stated, “nothing happened,” and they just wanted to go home. Salvatore was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Chase Hawkins charged with assault of girlfriend at downtown Nashville bar
26-year-old Russell Hawkins is charged with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, Evely Chavez, after a night out at a downtown Bar on June 19. The two were reportedly arguing at the bar when things escalated when Chase placed his hand around her throat and grabbed her, leaving a small red mark observed by police. She then fled the bar and took a rideshare back to her residence, and called police. Officers then spoke with Hawkins, who stated it was only a verbal argument and she may have a mark on her next from him picking her up, but it “was not in a malicious way.” He further added that he believed the two were having a good night.
Devin Cannon charged in assault of girlfriend after going through her phone; child calls 911
Police say 26-year-old Devin Cannon searched the phone of his girlfriend, Ronielle Robins, on June 21 and discovered she was cheating. In the resulting fight, he reportedly attacked her and punched her in the face, and bit her. He then grabbed her and strangled her, according to the victim. Her child overheard the attack and called 911. Responding officers documented a bite mark on her shoulder, bruising to her left eye, and scratches all over her body. When interviewed by police, Cannon stated he was asleep and had no idea how she became injured. The child stated he overheard Cannon threaten to kill his mother.
Woo Girl Gone Wild — Natalie Uzzell arrested in Nashville
Metro Nashville Police say 25-year-old Natalie Uzzell was fighting with her mother, Angela Uzzell, in a downtown Nashville short-term rental property Tuesday night. The argument reportedly started over losing the keys to a rental vehicle. Her mother told police that Natalie was highly intoxicated and swung at her, hitting her in the face, and then grabbed her arm and bit it. First responders documented both injuries, and the bite mark was actively bleeding. Natalie’s sister, Lauren, also witnessed the assault.
