William Fowler was in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning with his mother and father. Police say they observed William push his father near Jason Aldean’s bar. The two had been in an argument about his father disrespecting his mother. As officers attempted to take him into custody, William kicked Officer Dennis Diesel in the groin and fled from officers after fighting to get away. He was taken back into custody and transported to booking, facing multiple charges. His mother, Alicia Fowler, was also arrested as she attempted to interfere in the arrest of her son.
William Fowler was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 9th, charged with assault of officer, resisting arrest, domestic assault with bodily injury, and evading arrest. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,500.
