Patrick Seckinger brawls at Twelve Thirty Club

35-year-old Patrick Seckinger was the third person this weekend to brawl with a bouncer at the Twelve Thirty Club in downtown Nashville. Metro Nashville Police were called to the disturbance just before midnight on Saturday and found Seckinger visibly intoxicated. He became immediately aggressive and agitated with the police when they asked him to explain what happened. When informed he was detained, he took a fighting stance with police and was taken into custody.

Jessica Grielding denied boarding for being too drunk at Nashville Airport

25-year-old Jessica Grielding told police that she had something to drink outside a flight she was denied access to due to her level of intoxication on August 25th. When they asked about her drinking, the officers found her beside the ticket counter outside gate C20 of the Nashville International Airport. She had signs of intoxication and could not answer questions about her date of birth, where she was, or the date. Officers deemed her a danger to herself or others, so she was arrested for public intoxication.

Rachel Elaine charged with public intoxication at Nashville Airport

24-year-old Rachel Elaine, James McKay’s girlfriend, was asked alongside James to leave their flight by American Airlines employees due to their level of intoxication. Airport Officer Smith reported that she had signs of intoxication, was emotionally distraught, and was not cooperative with them while escorting her to the Ground Transportation Center. She was instructed to call a taxi or Uber to leave the property for the night but instead called her friend, which she had done several times already, so police placed her and James into custody for public intoxication.

James Darren McKay too drunk to fly at Nashville International Airport

25-year-old James Darren McKay was seen visibly intoxicated at Nashville International Airport after being removed from an American Airlines flight. The Airline employees said they asked James and his girlfriend to leave the plane several times since they were too intoxicated. Once James was off the plane, he was yelling at the employees who were trying to reschedule him for a later flight. Officer Wright reported that he was yelling at him and other officers when they were escorting him to another part of the airport. He also threw his bag while frustrated with his girlfriend. Officer Wright then placed him in custody for public intoxication.

Jacob McDaniel searches downtown for his Miller Lite after leaving strip club

28-year-old Jacob McDaniel asked the police, who arrived at the Greyhound Bus Station on Rep John Lewis Way, where his Miller Lite was, and told them that he was “Public intoxicated.” Police said that he was swaying and had signs of being intoxicated. He told police that he was drinking at the Hustler strip club and he lives in Smyrna. Also, he could not call an Uber due to him having no money nor a cell phone to call someone to pick him up. After he could not remember a phone number for the police to call, he was placed into custody for public intoxication.

Cynthia Pitzen — too drunk for downtown Nashville

61-year-old Cynthia Pitzen was seen on the sidewalk of the intersection of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway on August 31st. Police noticed that she was intoxicated and she had trouble standing up and remaining that way. With the smell of alcohol on her breath, she told police that her husband wanted to leave Broadway, but she did not. Police placed her in custody for public intoxication because she was unable to care for herself and had no one to retrieve her back to a place of safety.

Tourist Nick Rourke jailed after being too drunk for downtown Nashville

27-year-old Nicholas Rourke was kicked out of Tootsie’s and refused to leave on August 5th. Trooper Michael Hickmon was flagged down by a Tootsie’s security guard, who said Nicholas was kicked out 30 minutes prior but did not want to leave. The trooper made contact with Nicholas and noticed clear signs of intoxication. Nicholas told police that he was asked to leave earlier but remained on the property. He was asked by the trooper to leave multiple times but kept speaking nonsense to the trooper. After he stumbled twice, Nicholas was asked to find or call his friends, but he refused. Due to him being a nuisance and a danger to himself, he was jailed for public intoxication.

Brock Gibson jailed after grabbing woman’s butt, another’s vagina, at Tequila Cowboy

40-year-old Brock Gibson reportedly grabbed a woman’s butt and another woman’s vagina outside Tequila Cowboy on August 26th. The woman, Delaina Young, told police after they were flagged down outside Honky Tonk Central that she felt someone grab her butt as she was walking outside the Tequila Cowboy. She turned around and saw Brock standing behind her, then watched him grab another woman “by the v*gina”. Witness Shacarolyn Alexander said that she watched Brock grab Delaina’s butt and the other woman’s vagina. The other woman walked away and was not present to report on the situation. Police made contact with Brock, who showed signs of being visibly intoxicated. He was placed into custody for sexual battery and public intoxication. While in transport, Brock spit on the back window of the patrol car and then vomited in the back seat. Police pulled him out of the vehicle and waited for Brock to feel okay before continuing transport. After they resumed transporting Brock, he puked all over the back of the car again.
