Alex Naymick jailed after screaming profanities into dugout at Nashville Sounds baseball game

23-year-old Alex Naymick was jailed Saturday night after causing a disruption at the Nashville Sounds baseball game. Police say he ran down and leaned into the dugout of the home team and screamed profanities at the players. As officers approached him, Naymick refused to provide his ID or answer any questions about the incident. He reeked of alcohol and caused everyone around the area to stop watching the game due to the distraction. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Irelander helped himself to beers at a closed airport bar, fell asleep behind the bar — Patrick Cassidy

23-year-old Patrick Cassidy says he helped himself to “three or four glasses” of a draft beer at the Arrington Wine Bar inside the Nashville International Airport late Friday night. After consuming the alcohol, the Irelander propped up on the floor behind the bar and fell asleep, where officers found him during a routine concourse sweet at 2:30 a.m. According to his ticket, he had a flight scheduled late that same evening. He was given the option to leave the airport property and return a few hours before his flight. He agreed but was unable to tell officers where he wanted to go. He would only state that he wanted to go to Ireland. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

Kolton Leeper punches driver in face after drunken rage in downtown Nashville

21-year-old Kolton Leeper faces a multitude of criminal charges after a night of drinking in downtown Nashville. Police say Leeper, from Lebanon and the son of locally known roofing company owner Tim Leeper, was asked to leave the 5th &Broadway area due to walking in the middle of the road and having altercations with others. He then approached a vehicle, which had stopped to avoid hitting him, and punched the driver in the face after striking the car multiple times with his fists.

Brooklyn Waterman charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville

32-year-old Brooklyn Waterman Friday morning was trying to tell police at the Central Police Precinct which hotel she was staying in after being found drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville. Police described her as having several indications of being drunk, and she could only tell police that she was staying at the hotel with “Place” in the name. Brooklyn said that she did not know where she was at. Police, after she said that the hotel was on “3rd and Broadway,” called around and could not find the hotel where she or her husband was staying. They drove her to three different hotels to try and have her get her own room, but she did not have any means to pay for it. After they called her mother and her husband several times and not getting an answer, they booked her for public intoxication because they thought she would be a danger to herself.

Evan Greene jailed after drunkenly pulling on doors of lawyer’s office in downtown Nashville

31-year-old Evan Greene was reportedly pulling doors to get into the Law Office of Bernie McEvoy on 2nd Ave. MNPD officers found Evan, and he was unsteady on his feet, smelled like alcohol, had slurred speech, and eyes were glossy. He told police that he was staying at a hotel nearby, but police checked with the hotel, who said they did not have a reservation for Evan. Police noted several abrasions to Evan’s body, which they determined were from him falling several times the night before. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Christopher Buck jailed for public intoxication outside Whiskey Bent Saloon

Wednesday night, 31-year-old Christopher Buck stumbled around Broadway and asked police to take him to jail. Police saw him stumbling outside Whiskey Bent Saloon and noticed he had to use the traffic barrier to hold himself up. They contacted Christopher, who smelled strongly of alcohol and was swaying. Officers could not find anyone to give him a ride home, nor could they get him to tell them where he was staying for the night. At one point, Christopher reported sticking his hands out to the officers and telling them to take him to jail. He was arrested for public intoxication.
